Clean and comfy bedding and furniture. Really enjoyed my stay. I was able to store my luggage there after checking out which was great 😃

This hotel has the most friendly and welcoming reception staff, hotel room is very clean, with all the necessary facilities and especially, its coffee is superb, breakfast is delicious and its location is a great, a walk to everywhere location! Reception opens 24 hrs, and they even packed our breakfast to eat in the car since we had to leave very early for a day tour and would miss our hotel breakfast which was booked with the room. We definitely come back to this hotel, and would 100% recommend others to stay also!

Absolutely a good choice! Chic, cute and cozy Boutique hotel. Luckily to get a free upgrade to a suite. Room amenities are great, Very clean rooms and utensils. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location with convenient access to pretty much everything, can book Sky Shuttle direct from/to airport. 100% would recommend.

位置適中，周圍很多食肆，購物店舖。酒店舒適，整潔。可步行出海邊，近太空塔，往返機場巴士，值得推介入住。

酒店在市政廳附近，位置優越出行方便，周圍有些餐食小店，後面就是AUT大學，離奧克蘭大學也不遠。酒店前台不大但是比較智能，輸入預訂訊息就自動出來房卡，房間乾淨衞生，還配備了免費的雀巢膠囊咖啡，大床很舒適，洗漱間侷促了點但是東西都挺好用的。

위치 좋음.
객실상태 좋음.
직원은 친절하며 성의를 다함.
객실요금은 그럭저럭.
아쉬운 점은 세면대 배수가 안되어 보니까 팝업 밸브가 막혀있음.
그래서 사진에 보듯 팝업밸브를 빼서 사용.
이건 설비의 문제가 아니라 청소의 문제.
내가 청소를 할 수는 없는 일.

房間設施全理，床單被子整體感覺乾淨，酒店在市中心，購物方便，離海邊步行一刻鐘即到，服務態度好，電梯需刷卡方可上樓，比較安全，上午十點前必須退房，但行李可寄存在大堂，整體感覺性價比高，價格合理
