Lo encontramos en oferta. Es un hotel 5 estrellas con una muy buena relación precio-calidad. Muy cómodo y muy buena vista de las habitaciones.

We were disapointed by the additional price for parking a car - 45USD/night is really high. And the price of one night there was already a bit higher and I would expect to have a free possibility to parking a car there. Unfortunatelly we didn't take the options for breakfast.

City view room but the room was facing a wall so I guess that counts as city? Carparks is a bit of a walk and quite expensive. Location is right on the top of the hill so walking to town is easy but going back to your hotel makes you want to just change to another hotel instead.

Painting work was in progress without notice!! My husband’s shoes caught some paint and asked for some thinner. The request was received by reception but no follow up was done. Disappointed!!!

Hotel does not provide parking. The nearest or under the hotel is wilson parking, which the a hassle to top up the parking charges. No choice, pay for valet

Friendly Staff. Clean room and comfy everything were good except two things the room light low but not bad. And booking confirmation there is jacuzzi inside the bathroom but there wasn’t Gym, pool, steam and Jacuzzi so much fan and have good change room with lock. The staff on spa was super friendly The breakfast buffet was delicious Really enjoyed will be book again

Location is close to the park and easy to walk to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff,it was so happy every minute staying in Pullman(tasty breakfast and variety of food to choose and big swimming pool). Definitely will come back again

It’s okay. On the hill top, next to the Auckland University. Nice walks to the city and downtown. Bookable and stayable.

Lovely hotel, nice, comfortable bed and in a great location

Great hotel, the ambiance was good. We had breakfast included, not much vegetarian options, but the bread, fruits and alternate for cereals was available. We had a great stay. Only paid valet parking provided by the hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing, in city centre.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location… will definitely be staying at the Pullman again.

Service was excellent we went for my sons birthday and they did not disappoint. The pool/spa was lovely. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was fully stacked with everything you could think of. The staff even prepared a birthday cake surprise!

The receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.

Great hotel, just that interior look very dated and tired
