Was charged nz$30 for my stay.. no reason given. Avoid staying in this hotel. I have to update my business association members to take note

Clean and hygienic, attentive service. Good breakfast. Has a swimming pool and sauna. Several supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Close to Queen Street, a bustling shopping street. Upper Queen Street also has many eateries, including Chinese restaurants. Within walking distance to the pier, train station, Sky Tower, and the fish market.

The hotel is very well located in the city center and overall it’s clean and pleasant. The pool was great, and the gym and sauna were also nice (though it would be even better with a steam room). That said, the rooms are not very spacious, and the breakfast is average for a 5-star property. Service at the restaurant was disappointing, especially regarding food allergies: some allergens were indicated, others weren’t, and in some cases the staff didn’t seem to know. The concierge service was also underwhelming—at check-out, we had four large suitcases and were only asked “you all good?”, with no help offered.

It is in a great location, accessing the pier and touring the city are very convenient. The concierge and housekeeping services are above and beyond. We are vegan, we have plenty of items in the breakfast buffet, I can see they consciously accommodate vegans, for example, providing vegetable stock, with variety noodles, veggies and proteins for DIY noodle soup. Another example is that several in room snacks were labeled with VEGAN.

Breakfast is good with variety of food. The location is right in the city. However, the daily room service didn’t clean up the room properly for some days.

The room is new and clean! Staff and jw are very helpful and professional. We requested 1 hr late to check out due to flight delay and they helped on that.

Well situated hotel in Auckland and rooms to a high standard. Only issue was that there was no hot water in the shower on my last morning (was a hotel wide issue). You wouldn’t expect that to be the case though.

The breakfast was nice with a wide variety. However, the house keeping could be better and a bit more attentive to the cleaningness of the room.
