Reservé 3 noches en este hotel. Los dos primeros días no me dieron habitación con baño. El tercer día reservé una habitación individual con baño. La habitación era pequeña, totalmente equipada, muy limpia y El ambiente circundante era muy tranquilo. Pero 4 horas después de hacer el check out, mientras esperaba en el aeropuerto, este hotel cargó inexplicablemente 20 SGD en mi tarjeta de crédito. Inmediatamente pedí ayuda al servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip. Les dijeron que había quemado el hervidor de agua caliente de la habitación y querían que los compensara. Sin embargo, nunca había tocado el hervidor de agua caliente. Solo bebí agua embotellada. Obviamente esto es un truco para el pueblo chino. ¿Cómo es que no pudo haber sido causado por mis invitados anteriores? Entonces, si desea hosped**** en este hotel, tome fotografías o videos para conservar pruebas después de registr**** y evitar que lo engañen. ¡Muchas gracias al servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip por su comprensión y apoyo, lo que nos hace sentir cómodos a los chinos que viajamos al extranjero!

TLDR: no aircon, constant power cuts, paper thin walls.. Where do I start. First off there’s no aircon so the rooms are hot and uncomfortable. There are ducted low speed fans which don’t do much. But the biggest problem is the fact the rooms are on what I believe to be motion sensors or some kind of timers so ALL power turns off every 25 seconds, this is not an exaggeration. This includes the lights, jug, the fan - everything. I stubbed my toes in the dark because the lights turned off while I was walking around, and they wouldn’t turn back on. Showering in the dark due the lights constantly on and off. Good luck making a coffee, showering, watching TV or anything without that being interrupted by constant power cuts which drive you mad. I booked the small room. They look small in the photos but even smaller in person and I felt like I was suffocating, the rooms are tiny so heat up like crazy. The smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Also the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbours conversations word for word.. even with ear plugs. If there was air con and sound proof walls, I could have put up with the extremely small space. Terrible experience. Don’t even bother with this place. The Abstract had a lot of potential as they have decorated it very nicely but they have let themselves down. It is also in a dangerous area of Auckland central so you will want to make sure you are back in your room by dark, lots of drunk homeless people around. After my first night of zero sleep due to the heat, stuffiness and neighbours chatting, I complained and had my room kindly upgraded to a larger one, but the same issues remained of constant power cuts and no air con in that room too. At least it was a bit cooler due to being larger and an extra window, also had no neighbours.. The customer service was pretty good. There is no parking on site so you have to park in a carpark building across the road. The food in the restaurant was average but has a beautiful outdoor dining area which was the highlight.

2nd time staying here since we arrived in Auckland. Really like this accommodation, staff are really friendly and helpful. Room could have been slightly cleaner but nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend this accommodation especially if you are on a budget with the kitchen facilities.

Bueno como siempre, excepto que las instalaciones de los viejos hoteles en Nueva Zelanda están relativamente desactualizadas, pero el servicio es excelente y el personal es muy entusiasta.

Hemos pasado 15 días en este hotel el trato ha sido inmejorable, todo el personal muy simpático, educado y eficaz y en especial Matias que hemos tratado un poco más al hablar español. La comida impresionante. Nosotros íbamos con un bebé y no hemos tenido ningún problema. La situación muy buena y las vistas geniales.

Excelente ubicación en la ciudad. La cocina no es grande, sólo una estufa parecía estar funcionando. La habitación nunca se limpia a menos que lo solicitemos. Normalmente no podemos hacer el registro de entrada a las 14:00. La conexión wifi es bastante buena. A pesar de muchas malas críticas, no podemos quejarnos porque no pagaron por un alojamiento mejor.

Le agradecería que tuviera la hospitalidad. Estabamos 3 noches en este hotel. Nuestro estudio estaba limpio y tenía todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia cómoda. Excelente servicio de Harshna. Es increíble! Gracias ! ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Hoteles en China: Este hotel es un hotel de calidad muy alta y es un hotel de calidad muy alta. Es bueno si pueden variar la distribución del desayuno, la distribución es la misma todos los días durante mi estancia. Café filtrado ofrecido en el desayuno. Si quieres algo como blanco plano, se aplican tasas adicionales y tasas adicionales para la leche.

Pro: Buena ubicación, Cozy Room/ bed (2 pillows/ bed & pax), Good Amplitudes (Shampoo, Body Shampoo & Lotion in big bottle), Personal amigable y útil, check out rápido, buen desayuno y delicioso, buena presión de agua para ducha, buena conexión WiFi. Con: Parque limitado con tarifas (NZD35), Pequeña habitación, Pobre prueba de sonido en la habitación (puede oír hablar de vecinos), habitación un poco vieja.
