I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Awesome base to stay at in South Auckland. Clean rooms, fresh towels available daily-you just need to let the office know between 10am-4pm. Close to heaps of good shopping spots. Absolute value for money, highly recommend!

Cuando firmé el contrato de habitación, pregunté a la recepción cómo hacer un comprobado temprano y qué es el servicio de cambio de velocidad, pero ella dijo que no sabía mucho sobre el contrato y no nos dijo que para obtener una “2ª clave” que necesitamos para Descargar una aplicación para acceder a nuestras habitaciones, ya que tuvimos que usar la tarjeta de teclado que nos dio para acceder a la habitación. Así que acaba de llamar con lo que no sé, no podemos ayudarte con eso, no tenemos un técnico.

Las instalaciones y servicios del hotel son muy buenos, sobre todo la recepción durante los pocos días que estuvimos, muy entusiasta, el servicio de impresión que brinda el hotel también es barato, más bajo que la mayoría de los hoteles, es de mucha conciencia. Hay dos grandes supermercados junto al hotel, a los que se puede llegar en 5 minutos a pie desde el distrito de negocios. La habitación es rectangular. Solo el lado donde se abre la puerta tiene una ventana, y los otros lados no son transpirables.

The people were great with accommodating its guests, they gave my husband i a free upgrade just so they could keep us in the same building as the other couple we went with, very clean and quiet apartment, would definitely stay again
