Te vienen a buscar al aeropuerto cuando llegas, pero tienes que llamar por teléfono cuando estés allí. Para llevarte de vuelta al aeropuerto tienen horarios cada cierto tiempo y tienes que apuntarte porque se pueden llenar.

El servicio de recogida gratuito es genial, ya que tenemos un vuelo de regreso a Hong Kong temprano. Vi un amanecer precioso allí.

Ubicación muy conveniente cerca del aeropuerto de Melbourne. Tardé menos de una hora en llegar al aeropuerto desde el aterrizaje. Muy recomendable.

Volé de Pekín a Melbourne. Como tenía que cambiar de avión al día siguiente para ir a otros lugares, elegí este hotel por primera vez. Me pareció que el servicio de recogida fue muy práctico y que el joven conductor fue muy paciente. La habitación era de tamaño moderado (unos 20 metros cuadrados), limpia y ordenada, con una distribución razonable y acogedora. El restaurante del hotel ofrecía una variedad de platos. Además, había un gerente que hablaba chino, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación.

It is located near the airport and the shuttle service is convenient. We would not say the motel is fancy but it serves our purpose. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean with powerful hot water, a good place for a night to catch a morning flight or for a late night arrival. The atmosphere is not exciting but it doesn't matter.

Shuttle pick up to and from the airport was great and breakfast was fantastic. Friendly helpful staff and evening meal was the tops. Highly recommend 

Stayed for a short night as I had a flight in the morning, the room was lovely and spacious and the staff were lovely, very useful to have a shuttle service provided to get to and from the airport.

The hotel is so cold even though we put the air conditioner on at 30C. We have called the hotel and they said just call when you are ready. However no one picked up the phone and we have to wait for 20 min before someone called me back.

Clean nice room, great service with free shuttle to and from airport at even late night/ early morning too. Highly recommended.

Last minute booking for just one night stopover in between flights, but what a great choice I made. Highly recommend and will stay again next time I’m in Melbourne. Great shuttle service, quick phone call and the lovely driver was there to pick us up, en route he was telling us about the local history. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready early, again friendly staff on reception. Helped with information on getting around. Room looks recently renovated, clean and warm. Everything you need. Great breakfast, overall a great place to stay. Thank you 🤩

Very friendly front staff especially Manisa, super helpful with the airport pick up and good food

The hotel was super spacious with a kettle , I think it had a fridge Lots of coffee in cOn counter , nice warm shower and cosy huge bed The staff were ok, to be honest few of them could have been friendlier or more helpful, I had to lug suitcase down a big flight of stairs and back up again at 5 am because there either was ..no elevator or just I couldn't find a sign for one Which I found off for an airport hotel.. The menu looked decent The shuttle bus was swift and super friendly drivers It's a little bit of a distance because of traffic I'd stay there again tho, and the price was ok , decor and rooms were modern and I really liked the room., tv on wall was good , and aircon / heater super great.
