沒有店招找不到，有種族歧視，晚上到了沒有服務員，十分不方便，太糟糕了

The staff was exceptionally courteous and very accommodating. Greek hospitality at its best! The room was very clean as well

酒店位置和早餐都很不錯，就是6樓的wifi和網線連不上網，房間裏的電話聽筒是斷線的，完全沒聲音！跑到前台反應wifi問題，衹回答我一句每層樓都有信號，信號都是好的！還説我手機和電腦設定問題！該死的在酒店大堂wifi就能正常連結，一到6嘍就連不上，害我衹能去大堂蹭網發郵件！真的是無語！

the only good thing about this hotel is their bed (very comfortable), hotel does not stay up to 4 stars standard more of 3 stars honestly, shower is below average.

This was my first time at the Astor Hotel in Athens and I must say that it was pleasant considering that I was with a group of 22 students from the United States and due to the size of the group everything worked quite well while we were at the Astor. Prior to my arrival, there was a kind of confusion because my reservation, which was made with *******, did not appear in the hotel system, which caused concern on our part because this basically occurred a week before our trip and the reservation had been made since May 16, 2023, that is, 7 months before. Fortunately, this impasse was resolved and we enjoyed our stay at the Astor Athens Hotel. To all the hotel staff, thank you very much on our part.

very central location with walking distance to many shops and restaurants in a busy commercial area. many good cafes and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Convenient access to all services like shopping, taxi's always in front of the hotel, etc. No Gym / health centre in the hotel is the only possible critique - and only a small critique - given other hotels of the price.
