Lamento leer que hubo este problema incluso hace años, y hasta la semana pasada nada ha cambiado... No he comprobado el tripadvisor antes de reservar lo abro para dejar que los demás conozcan este problema, pero lo veo como un problema viejo y sin resolver. Después de la terrible primera noche que le dijo a la recepción lo que pasó, oh ok voy a enviar al guardián para sanificar la habitación, cuando volvimos a la noche creo que nadie ha entrado en esa habitación coz la hoja todavía estaba sucia de sangre. La segunda noche, de nuevo, esta vez nos cambiaron la habitación, el mismo problema mientras yo estaba peor y peor y por suerte me persiguieron (estamos con 2 niños 2 y medio, y 8 meses de bebé). La única cosa que tienen que hacer es juncar todo en el bin comenzando a sanificar y limpiar profundamente desde el techo hasta el sótano, luego pintar la pared y todo nuevo. (Fuimos 4 pero en las dos primeras habitaciones tuvimos 3 camas solas, en la última sólo una cama doble)

Though most of this establishment are private rooms, I stayed in the 8-person dorm, so that is what I am reviewing. While this hostel was very clean and well serviced, it isn’t as good as some other hostels I’ve stayed in recently. The beds were not the most comfortable, though I did sleep alright on them. The beds are completely in the open, so there is absolutely no privacy at all. Also, there are limited electrical outlets, so, depending on how busy it is, you might be fighting for plug space (fortunately the dorm was less than half occupied during my visit, so it wasn’t much of a problem). The dorm does have one, ensuite bathroom, which I imagine results in queues during the busy season, however it is very clean. Lockers are available outside the dorm room for your bags/valuables. The dorm is located on the second floor, over streets which are quite busy late at night, so you will hear the din from the crowd below (light sleepers beware!). Two of the best aspects of this hostel as it’s location and rooftop terrace. Five minutes walk from Monastiraki Square, everything you want to see in central Athens is a stones throw away. The rooftop terrace is absolutely wonderful, with magnificent views of the Acropolis and the old city. A great place to enjoy a few beers in the evening (and a killer sunset), a coffee in the morning (with a terrific sunrise), or just catching some rays in the afternoon. See photos. For the location and terrace alive, I’d stay here again…but would probably opt for a private room.

Llegamos de madrugada, el señor de recepción nos atendió de maravilla, pero preguntamos si era seguro salir del hotel, porque queríamos comprar algo y no nos lo recomendo. El hotel estaba genial, la habitación grande y limpia y tuvimos todo lo necesario. Pero el hotel (al igual que muchos otros) se encuentra en el centro, y es uno de los barrios más peligrosos. Nada mas llegar en las calles no había luces, había vagabundos y personas derogándose. Lo recomiendo para una estancia corta, pero si lo que buscas es unas vacaciones tranquilas o familiares no es el lugar adecuado, no por el hotel, sino por la zona. Una pena que por el descuido de la alcaldía, casi todos los barrios de Atenas sean así.

Estaba en el hotel por una noche en septiembre. Fue una experiencia muy buena, ya que el hotel es uno de los pocos lugares asequibles que cuentan con un personal 24/7 en el escritorio frontal. Esto fue importante cuando llegué a las 2 de la mañana. El hotel y las habitaciones estaban limpias y mi experiencia era general, muy agradable. Es también un bonus adicional cuando los espacios son nuevos con todo todavía espinoso y span. Definitivamente volvería. El hotel está muy cerca de todas las zonas turísticas importantes, con la mayoría de lugares como un camión de 20-30 minutos a pie o 7 euros. En general, no tengo quejas más que el agua del duche, que se escapa después de su uso. Es importante que esto se vea en.

No se preocupe por la mala revisión que se ha hecho a continuación - nos quedamos en junio de 2022. Se han ido a través de una renovación y encontramos todo lo bueno. El personal delantero es muy profesional. La habitación estaba bien equipada--amado la vista desde la ducha hasta el área de dormitorio. Oh My-- el Buffet fue excepcional; deseaba que podíamos haber permanecido más tiempo. Buen valor para tu dinero.

La estadía es muy agradable, la habitación es muy grande y amplia, puede ver un hermoso paisaje fuera de la ventana, Michael es muy amigable, comunicar con facilidad y entusiasmo ayuda para resolver el problema, ¡muy recomendable! ¡La próxima vez volverá!

Mientras estábamos haciendo el Chek inn en el hotel, una amiga que viajó con nosotros dejó una pequeña mochila arriba de un puf que había en el hall de entrada. Luego del realizar el trámite de ingreso el mismo había desaparecido del lugar, en el mismo tenía su celular y unas joyas que había comprado un poco antes. Totalmente sorprendidos de esta falta buscamos por todos los rincones pero no apareció. Como el Hotel tenia Cámaras le pedimos que chequearan los videos de ese momento. Al día siguiente nos mostraron unas fotos y pudimos ver que un hombre entró sin nosotros percatarnos de su presencia y había tomado la mochila pequeña que introdujo en un bolso y volvió a salir. Nos habían robado Adjunto las fotos donde se ve a la persona entrando, el bolso en el puf y como lo mete en su mochila.

This is an extremely nice hotel situated in a perfect location. Our stay and review are based on a Superior room You would be hard pressed to find an Athens hotel in a better location. You are right in the middle of all the action with shops and restaurants nearby. You are spoilt for choice. Although in a busy area we found the excellent double- glazed doors/windows kept any noises out and it was not an issue at all. Our Superior room came with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities although that is not listed on their website. It may be worth e-mailing them if this is important to you. There was air-con but in March there was no need to make use of it so we cannot comment on its efficiency. The toilet/bathroom came with those tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash which we refuse to use on environmental grounds so we brought our own and used that. There was a sign saying that if the used towels were hung up then it was assumed that we were happy to reuse them. The cleaners replaced them daily regardless. The rooms were kept very clean. This hotel has much going for it. We grabbed a deal here at a very attractive price which included breakfast. The breakfast arrangements were in a fairly small area but we felt that a good selection was provided considering the space limitations. Plenty of fresh vegetable choices and delicious too. The Tomatoes and Cucumber just tasted so much better than we are used to. Cereals, bread, cakes, fruit and coffee from a machine. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning and didn’t grow tired of it. Minor gripes (being very picky). The over the bath shower was a mini battle in so much that it was prone to shoot water out onto the floor if you weren’t being careful. It could have been better but all we had to do was to adjust our showering habits and all was ok in the end. Our room had a balcony facing out to the street below. It would have been nice for a couple of chairs out there rather than just a large pot plant and the air-con unit for company. I did notice that no other balconies on other building had chairs out so perhaps that is just the Athens way. We had a Fridge in our room. Very welcome. A very close mini supermarket was the cheapest place we could find to buy water. E0.39 for 1.5 litres as I recall. We loved this hotel. All the staff were so nice and so helpful. I can’t remember all of their names but Irena and Eva come to mind. They helped make our stay wonderful. It had a curiously homely feel about the place. March time was a great time of the year as it was a pleasant day time temperature with it getting a bit chilly in the evenings. You could still dine outdoors but with a patio heater nearby. We loved Athens and have decided to return next March with the flights already booked. We will stay at the Plaka Hotel again. 5 stars from us

¡Debe darle a todos los que vienen a Atenas este hotel! ¡Anley y yo vivimos 7 noches con el señor, ¡un poco de corazón cuando reservamos, ¡sen que es caro, pero después de llegar, ¡pero lo descubrí demasiado! Este es un nuevo hotel, con una ubicación muy buena, caminar por todos los lugares y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad próspera. Todo en la habitación del hotel es de calidad, desde los artículos de vino a la papelera y los artículos de lavandería. Cada día, cambié de plato de plato, todos los servicios son de gran confort. El champán del hotel es muy avanzado. La limpieza de la habitación es muy puntual. Puede que sea varias veces al día. Me siento limpio cuando salgo de nuevo. La próxima vez que llegue a Atenas, quiero vivir aquí.
