La habitación no tenía gafas para beber, se cansó de mirar el baño, y casi no hay toallas/tejidos que significan un paseo por las dos escaleras para obtener más en una hora de llegada. "The room was bigger than expected and had a patio to sit out on, the bed was comfy and everything is situated a short walk from the mews rooms. I did notice the bathroom was a bit dirty and the hot water for the shower went completely this morning. The maintenance man had to come out and fix the boiler to rectify the issue. The location is absolutely stunning and the gardens are well kept. It is really a beautiful part of the UK and the main manor building is lovely. The gardenia restaurant is closed a few days of the week for dinner and also breakfast which I didn’t think was ideal. So we had to go outside to eat dinner as the spa restaurant wasn’t really what I was looking for, for a nice evening meal. For breakfast we had to go to the sage spa restaurant which had a very limited selection of food. There were about 6 dishes to choose from, they said The chef doesn’t cook scrambled egg which is a breakfast essential so I basically had to have a plate of toast. As there was nothing that I wanted on the menu and I was told the smoothie machine was broken so I couldn’t even opt for that instead. This happened straight after the hot water had gone so was a bit of a dampener. I came to the hotel a few years ago when you didn’t have to pay for the spa access but now you do which is a bit annoying. Especially as you can only visit during breakfast or dinner hours even with the £20 surcharge. So then you have to either eat very late at night or have a late lunch otherwise the £20 won’t be well spent and you’d have to leave the spa after an hour"

"Esta es nuestra segunda estadía en este Travelodge y nuevamente otra estadía excelente, el personal es muy amable y acogedor, el hotel está limpio y la habitación impecable y muy cómoda, no hay problemas con el ruido y está cerca de todo alrededor de Ashford, además le dan la bienvenida a nuestro perro, lo cual es una ventaja para nosotros, definitivamente reservaremos este hotel la próxima vez que nuestros viajes nos lleven a Ashford gracias a todo el personal"
