"I stayed 3 nights at the hotel ( Best Western Plus Elomaz) in Asaba from 26th to 29th May 2024. The first room they gave me was not clean, so I complained and they assigned me to another room which even though I slept there was substandard. So I went to speak to the Front Office Manager (Mr Uche Ezeh) who was very professional, and acted promptly to rectify the problems. Mr Ezeh, inspected the second room that was assigned to me and agreed that it was substandard, as he noted that the faucet (tap) was coming off hinge, the toilet was incessantly running water, some part of the wall was covered in some dark colour and there was paint on the carpet. Mr Ezeh apologised and was able to get me a suitable room which was clean and up to Elomaz's standard. I was impressed by Mr Ezeh's professionalism, and proactiveness in resolving the issues. At the end of my stay, I was a happy customer. Thanks to Mr Ezeh."
