My daughter and I stayed at Fashion Hotel while doing our Christmas shopping at the outlet. The room was nice and warm and quiet. Everything was clean and we had all the necessary amenities, including toothbrush upon asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will certainly return!

Este agroturismo está en una colina, cerca del bourg d'Anagni. En este agroturismo es un lugar inmerso en la naturaleza, muy relajante, adecuado para el yoga y la meditación. Las cajas de madera son hermosas y acogedoras y la hospitalidad de la familia es genuina y se nota la pasión por esta actividad. La vista panorámica de Anagni es maravillosa. La cartella está bien hecho, sobre todo en la carretera Cisogna, después de encontrar una fuente, hay el camino con giro a la izquierda, se nota una señal que indica que se proseguirá en un tramo estrecho. Se recomienda que se quede a cenar,sobre todo el primer día de viaje y probar los pasteles de cebada y los primeros, las flores de cebada llenas de moscerilla y cebada y las cacahuetes son muy apetitosas, que requieren el bis, Se recomienda reservar al menos un mes antes.

OK, let's not beat around the bush: this is the worst hotel I have stayed at for a very, very long time ! I was there for work, with a group of colleagues, and we ended up demanding a refund several days before we were due to leave because there were so many things wrong with this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the first issue arose: there was zero Wifi in the room I was given (even though we had emphasised before that we needed at least semi-decent Wifi for work). In order to get any kind of Wifi, I had to swap for a room without any air-con (bearing in mind that temperatures were - on some days - above 30 degrees C). So for minimal Wifi (between 1 and 2 bars), I now had to permanently leave my windows open throughout the night, so that I wouldn't wake up soaked in sweat in the mornings. Wifi throughout the hotel was a problem as well - there were hardly any areas where there was decent Wifi - I tried to make a Whatsapp voice call to my office in quite a few areas of the hotel and was usually cut off after about 10-20 seconds or so. Next issue: breakfast - first of all, the quality and selection of food available was very poor - in the bowl of fruit, there were frequently several fruits that were clearly rotting (which seems to indicate that none of the staff ever properly check). Also, whenever a guest is finished with their breakfast and leaves, it seems that none of the staff properly clean the tables afterwards - pretty much every breakfast I was down there, all the tables were still dirty and not properly laid with new cutlery. When I pointed this out to a member of staff, she just laughed at me and didn't do anything. Next issue - noise levels during the night: during several nights I was there, there was an unacceptable level of loud noise going on until the early morning hours - people shouting, partying, etc (at some point, it sounded like there were about 20-30 people or so in the room above me having a party until about 2am). Obviously, the fact that I had to keep my windows open because of the lack of air-con didn't help. Next issue - mould (or 'muffa' in Italian): in my bathroom there were clear signs of mould on the walls - because of all the other issues, I didn't even bother to tell the hotel about this. Finally - management & staff: First of all, I want to emphasise that there were some members of staff who were perfectly friendly (and almost seemed apologetic at times about the state of this hotel themselves). But some of the staff (at breakfast, for example), clearly did not give a s*** about the guests and did nothing at all to help. The manager - and I am guessing a lot of the flaws of the hotel and the staff attitude stem directly from him - was completely disinterested in any form of criticism (or anything else at all, really). He couldn't even be bothered to look up and acknowledge guests when they walked past reception and at some point, when my colleague wanted his room keys, basically just threw them at him. Si bien mi habitación no era la mejor (aire acondicionado inexistente y sin cobertura en la ventana del baño de la planta baja 😮), ¡la Villa con toda su historia era un lugar cautivador para quedarse! La comida era excelente y el área de la piscina era un respiro agradable y refrescante del calor de los días extremadamente calurosos de agosto. El personal fue encantador y muy acogedor y un agradecimiento especial a Julia por su disposición muy alegre. 👍👍

Llegamos tarde en la noche y necesitábamos dos habitaciones para cuatro personas ya que nuestro avión aterrizaba tan tarde que no era seguro conducir las tres horas hasta nuestro destino. Mihail estaba en el escritorio y fue el más servicial y atento y se ocupó de las necesidades adicionales de los invitados. No habíamos reservado previamente, solo lo encontramos en Google Maps y lo arriesgamos porque era muy tarde. Me alegro de haberlo hecho, sin duda me alojaría de nuevo

The reception was professional, courteous and friendly. At the restaurant they have always been very attentive to my food problems. They always made changes to the dishes provided, bringing me real delicacies. The opportunities of the Spa are many. In the internal part there is the sauna, the frigidarium, the hammam, the swimming pool with multiple types of hydromassage and water beds for relaxation. In the structure they offer various types of massage. I did foot reflexology on the last day; I couldn't do the floating tub which recreates the Dead Sea experience. The three outdoor pools overlooking the Palazzo di Fiuggi have a temperature of 37 degrees and are exceptional. You can sit there chatting in hot water, sipping a gin and tonic and eating the local hot white pizza. Those at the bar, like all the hotel staff, are very good. We went with a tour operator from Vicenza and we also had a Yoga and Pilates course, given by competent people. The trip included a group and a professional guide who was part of the hotel and who took us on the path of San Benedetto. The walk did not have a religious motivation, but rather justified the 22 km covered in 2 days and produced the curiosity that places like this arouse. The rooms were very warm and clean. On New Year's Eve I would have expected music for all ages. I must say that as good as it was, I would like something different for New Year's Eve dinner.

Perfect location, wonderful rooms , the shower was the best of our 2 week trip, and the breakfast was great with a view of the outside patio. The hosts were accommodating and very kind, and street parking right in front was a bonus. I highly recommend this perfect place to anyone visiting the wonderful sites of Tivoli!
