Este pasado fin de semana vinieron de Barcelona una pareja de amigos. Siendo mallorquines nos planteamos aprovechar para salir y hacer de turistas en nuestra propia isla, lo cual siempre es una interesante opción. Tanto como mi pareja como yo mismo, aunque en diferentes ámbitos y escenarios, trabajamos temas patrimoniales, culturales y por supuesto contrastados con nuestro turismo. Estuvimos mirando que había en Artà. Cabe decir que entre temporada de invierno y pandemia tampoco había demasiada oferta y este hotel ofrece una gama de precios amplia y está bien valorado en esta plataforma por lo que la decisión fue muy rápida. Este hotel pertenece a esa categoría tildada de ‘Boutique-Hotel’, es decir, el establecimiento busca un estilo y carácter propio y con frecuencia se hace restaurando un bien patrimonial ya existente. Lo cual se agradece porqué es una de las maneras de perpetuar nuestro legado. Si que es verdad que algunas veces se descontextualiza demasiado y el origen se diluye, aunque sea en pequeños elementos o en recreaciones excesivas de ambientes. Este establecimiento aprovecha la estructura original de un casal del pueblo y ha hecho una buena reforma arquitectónica. Ofrece numerosos servicios, el personal es muy amable y atento y es práctico. La situación es inmejorable está en la falda de Sant Salvador siendo el último de los bancales. Por lo que las vistas sobre todo el pueblo son muy apreciables. Por supuesto el jardín hace honor al nombre del hotel. En primavera debe ser un verdadero espectáculo. Tiene numerosas zonas comunes y está muy bien cuidado.

Gran Hotel increíble cómo te puedes relajar. descanso, relajación. buen desayuno, ambiente increible el viaje es dificil. se recomienda un coche o un scooter. ( me encata el Scooter) Se puede Alquilar en Palma. Nicole es un milagro. Te quiero.. Te agradezco por todo

Fabulous hotel in all respects….an amazing team of owners, chefs and all the staff who could not have been more generous with their time and enthusiasm! The charming garden on many levels, little pools and spaces to relax in all made for a great 3 night stay. The hammam was a lovely way to wind up the day before the MOST wonderful meals! Arta too has a lot to offer. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Photo from our room….

My stay in the suite, what it is supose to be the best and most complete room, at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to several problems. First of all, I was unable to use the fireplace or order in-room dining, which are features for which these types of rooms are booked. Having these features and promoting them if you can't use them doesn't make sense. In addition some basic aspects as the heat, the hot water and whirlpool tub were not working properly, which again eliminates one of the differentiating features of this room and affected my comfort during my stay. In addition, the garden of the suite was cluttered with junk, which did not make a good impression and affected the aesthetics of the place. But most frustrating was the service response. I did not receive any solution or adequate compensation for the inconveniences I experienced from the owner or general manager. To make matters worse, I was charged the full price of the suite despite not receiving the full service to which I was entitled. This shows a lack of commitment on the part of the hotel to provide a satisfactory experience for its guests. I hope the hotel will take note of these concerns and make the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation. As a customer, I expected quality service and attention to my needs, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that the hotel will take steps to improve its services and provide a satisfactory experience for future guests.

We arrived here and stayed in Room 1 with a bath . We told them that evening there was not Hot Water, they said they would sort it but did nothing. Still none next day so decided to leave and go to a hotel with hot water, they would mot give a refund. Complained to *********** and hotel told them that there was warm water and they resolved this issue with us. Absolutely not true! Water was not hot enough to stand under in the shower and they sent a waiter up to the room to check but who could do anything! We also got trapped in their lift for 10 minutes and had to shout to reception to get release. This hotel is like Faulty Towers

Don't be put off by the rather austere front, behind is a labyrinth of stairways, pools and gardens. Our room was simply but comfortably furnished and spacious, quiet and secluded. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the food was outstanding. A word of warning: book your place for dinner early, the small restaurant is very popular with non residents and you may not get in.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a charming town on the eastern coast of the island (heavily visited by Germans). We stayed for four nights in the La Suite Jardí in the main building, up a very slow elevator. It comes with a separate living room and two terraces overlooking the pool area and garden with palm and lemon trees. It was a great value for the price. The hotel is very low key -- often the front desk in not manned -- but the service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is bountiful and, to the hotel's credit, changes every day. The hotel restaurant is also an excellent place for dinner. The beds could have been better; the pillows were mushy. There's a small parking lot for your car. But overall we really liked our stay. Note: At the time of our visit in late March, there was massive construction going on in the center of town. You didn't hear any noise in the hotel but it's made a mess of the downtown area nearby. Supposedly the construction is going to be completed soon but it certainly looked like it would go for for some time.

We just spent an idyllic week at this gorgeous hotel. Our room was la terraza with its own terrace and direct access to the garden. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely large, comfy bed, great shower and aircon, very quiet. Breakfast was a lovely selection of bread, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and eggs cooked to order. Staff are lovely. Restaurant is superb and often full. The best bit is the garden. Plenty of quiet corners and terraces where you can sit in peace and privacy and relax. The garden is full of citrus trees, climbers, herbs and flowers. There are 2 small pools. With only 11 rooms we had the garden and pools to ourselves most of the time and spent time chilling, reading, swimming. The hotel is in the lovely, traditional town of Arta with many restaurants, bars, classy shops, galleries and a brilliant market on Tuesday. Also you’re only a few km from some nice coastal villages and good beaches. Can’t wait to go again.

Fantastic stay at an epic hotel with a cosy family feeling. Brilliant personnel that gave premium services and recommendations. Top notch hotel facilities with patios and levels to enjoy sun and shadow. We would clearly recommend this hotel for couples that want to enjoy something off the beaten track!
