A fantastic apartment, clean, comfortable, bright, every appliance needed and excellent room service. We had the combined services of both an hotel and five star camp. Bedrooms had air conditioning, a safe, USB sockets and large comfortable beds. The main bedroom also had a large flat screen TV. The kitchen had a good size fridge/freezer and microwave, kettle and coffee. Outside was a great size balcony with view to the pool and the sea beyond. From the moment we arrived we relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Would totally recommend especially as it was less than a five minute walk to the beach. We will return.

Our hotel room was large clean and very comfortable, the shower was very good though the water overspilled the tray. We had issues with toilet cistern not refilling which was dealt with promptly. The room also had a private terrace. The air con was definitely needed as it was very hot during our stay. The staff were very helpful.
We ate at the restaurant once - the meal was not great. The duck was overcooked and dry. There was a ‘2 day conference’ held at the hotel the kitchen was not able to cope with their demands and the guests simultaneously. We did not have breakfasts.
The pool area was spacious with separate pools for kids, there wouldn’t have been enough loungers in high season.

Worst experience ever
Arrived hungry no snacks or room service this was 330 told restaurant opened at 730 or told go to local bakery
Room hot no air con working
Arrived back at hotel at 8pm to go to bar told it was shut
Asked to buy a bottle of wine from restaurant was abruptly told no

We love ths place and Benoit had kindly got the heaing on in our mobile home. So we arived from minus 8 degrees in the UK to a cosy and warm holiday. Even though the campsite is in off peak season, the restaurant is open and super reliable. The grounds are well kept…despite the high winds, the gardens are kept really tidy. Roll on April when we return for Easter. Thank you team Grenettes!

Small box room with separate shower and toilet. Tv didn’t work.only 1 change of towels in 4 days. Room only made up on one day . Staff helpful. Little choice of food in restaurant.
Poor location, a distance from local village. Good area to cycle.

Très déçus par notre long week end dans cet hôtel. Pas d'informations données lors de notre arrivée concernant les sites à visiter sur l ile de ré, pas eu connaissance de code wifi. Pas de documents publicitaires dans la chambre. Ménage de la chambre non effectué durant notre séjour, seulement les serviettes de changées suivant notre demande, produits douche non réassort. Bar non ouvert avant 19h00 (pourtant notifié 17h00). Soit disant restaurant complet, il fallait réserver alors que nous n' étions que peu de personnes à y manger. Enfin le bonus, lors de notre dernière soirée, nous avons été informés que nous devions aller manger à 19h15 alors que nous prenions notre apéritif au bar car le chef cuisinier ne souhaitait pas patienter car peu de personnes au restaurant. Belle réussite pour nos 30 ans de mariage !!

Chambre correct, si l’on ne tient pas compte du ménage moyen, de la salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas, du salon de jardin totalement dégradé sur lequel on n’ose pas s’assoir et du bruit des voisins. Un manque de place de stationnement aussi Heureusement le personnel est sympa
