El hotel estaba en el centro, en el centro absoluto, del Carnaval. ¡Qué divertido! Raquel nos ayudó a entrar, a recoger dónde ir y comer, dónde conseguir un traje carnaval barato, y qué esperar con la masa de personas en la puerta delantera. Oh, el desayuno buffet fue excelente, la habitación excelente.

Arriving after a five hour flight there was only ham and cheese sandwiches on offer at the bare, I had to wait until 7:30 to order some food to the room, then at 8:20 I had to find out why the food had not arrived (salled, meat and cheese) so no cooking needed; the excuse was the lift was not working, I was on the first floor. When it finally arrived the salad was shriveled up leave some tomato and processed ham and cheese. The plate of cheeses and meats was two rolled up pieces of processed cheese cut up processed ham and a small amount of salomi. I sent it back and ordered the burger that was edible. I decided to try the restaurant and had stake that was recommended to have rare so I ordered it rare; rustic potatoes in herbs and salad; what I got was meat that was medium cooked and tough, boiled potatoes with no herbs and carrots that where mushy as if they had gone off before cooking instead of salad see photo. This seemed to have been a good hotel at one time as there are remnants of what it has been but seems to have hit hard times.

Hotel muy limpio, moderno y con muy buenas instalaciones. Comida Bufet estupenda y apta para personas con problemas de alergias alimentarias -hay que avisar, claro-. Muy cerca de Lisboa, Sintra y a 20 min de una playa preciosa como es la de Santa Cruz.

Estoy profundamente descontento con el servicio de reservas en línea ofrecido por Zenhotels. He reservado lo que creía que sería una habitación privada con 2 animales de compañía permitidos y he pagado 97 euros, que según la confirmación de reserva recibida, fue el importe total de la reserva. Yo debía pagar sólo 6 euros por el impuesto turístico y 10 euros por animal de compañía para toda la estancia. Al llegar al hotel (WOT Lisboa Nomad), me informó que la reserva que había hecho no correspondía a una habitación privada y que para conseguir una, tendría que pagar un suplemento 234.51 euros sobre los 97 euros ya pagados (esta sería para la actualización a una habitación privada + 10 euros al día por animal de compañía). Obviamente, esta noticia en el momento de la entrada y con una diferencia de precio (más de tres veces el valor original) hace casi imposible que el cliente busque una alternativa. Además, intenté explicar al hotel que el sitio web no era muy claro sobre habitaciones privadas o compartidas, ya que la descripción de la habitación no indicaba que se compartiera. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Gales, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. He contrarrestado que si venden sus servicios a través de terceros, son tan responsables como el sitio web que los promove para asegurar que la información es exacta; de lo contrario, están complicados en un sistema para engañar a los clientes. Por último, decidí no proceder con la propuesta porque la consideré desrespetuosa, una carga excesiva en comparación con la oferta original y poco profesional. Por lo tanto, me siento engañado por los 97 euros que pague y no pude utilizar el servicio ofrecido.

Estaba aquí durante un mes en un apartamento con cocina y lo amaba. Estaba bien equipado, con todas las herramientas de cocina y comedor, la limpieza diaria era un plus. La ubicación era muy buena, justo en la parte superior de una estación de metro. Muchos supermercados y comes baratos alrededor del lugar.

Tuve una estancia agradable en el B&B Hotel Lisboa Aeroporto. Su proximidad al aeropuerto era conveniente; Llegué en sólo 10 minutos para tomar mi vuelo temprano por la mañana. El personal fue cortés y el registro fue muy sencillo. Las bebidas gratis las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana y el área para comer bien diseñada fueron excelentes ventajas. Si bien la habitación era decente, no era la mejor, pero aún así era aceptable para una estancia confortable. En general, una buena opción por la comodidad del aeropuerto y el servicio amable.

No me gustaba: 1) El compartimiento de baño no se menciona claramente en la lista ni en la reserva. 2) el baño de las bolsitas era demasiado pequeño 3) El techo sobre la bañera en el baño de bolsillo era demasiado bajo. 4) la puerta de la habitación no se cerró y tuvo que cerrar cada vez

Es un hotel que, aunque se encuentra apartado del centro turístico, es una zona moderna, muy tranquila, con muchos servicios y el metro a 200 metros. El personal de recepción, aunque muy correcto, resulta un poco distante con los clientes, excepto los maleteros que son encantadores e intentan ayudar en lo que sea sin resultar pesados. El personal de planta son muy atentos y la limpieza de la habitación impecable. Los servicios comunes muy modernos e impecables La habitación con una climatización correcta y una iluminación muy curiosa; el baño moderno y con luz natural por medio de mamparas de cristal muy discretas. La cama de 2X2 con nórdico y sábanas impecables. El mobiliario de la habitación, aunque muy bien adaptado al espacio y con SmartTV grande , necesita un cambio para estar en consonancia con el baño. Para ser un verdadero cinco estrellas le falta: albornoz(sólo tenía zapatillas), una cafetera aunque no sea tipo Nespresso, un minibar surtido, toallas de cortesía en la piscina....

El hotel es muy bueno, el estacionamiento es muy conveniente, Higiene: muy buena Medio ambiente: muy bueno Instalaciones: muy limpias

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!
