整體還算不錯。在拉羅湯加酒店裡麪算是比較好的，衹是房間有點舊了，餐廳早餐的食物挺不錯，還有就是，有很多水上活動就在隔壁。

Una gran playa para estar con muchos cerca. Un buen número de sillas en la playa (pero no hay sombrillas) y buenos asientos alrededor de la piscina.
Teníamos una villa de lujo de 2 dormitorios y esta tenía una cocina completa y mucho espacio, dentro y alrededor de la villa. Los baños eran hermosos y el aire acondicionado era bueno. También hay una máquina de espresso adecuada en la unidad.
Pero no puedes alejarte del ruido de los niños (y sus madres). Realmente no hay un lugar tranquilo. Las instalaciones también son quizás un poco inadecuadas para un resort de este tamaño. La comida también es demasiado cara para la calidad.
No me gustaría estar en este complejo en un día lluvioso ya que no hay sala de juegos ni lugar para pasar el rato. La sala de embarque (y el baño) también son demasiado pequeños e incómodos para un resort de este tamaño.

Just returned from a fabulous family holiday in The Cook Islands. We chose the Pacific due to our previous experience and it didn’t disappoint. The views are amazing and seeing the turtles in the lagoon just outside the hotel was a life long dream. Our stay was great and made extra special by Triza, Ashley, Sisi, Auntie Mona and Pare. All staff there are brilliant, professional and very friendly, but these guys made it extra special. Thank you to you all and all other staff. My son said he felt like he was treated like a king by Triza due to the care and attention shown. I enjoyed the Christmas Day luncheon trying the tropical Christmas Day meal which was excellent and plenty of options for all tastes including vegetarian. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone and will return again when next in the island.

We are returning guests to the Pacific Resort, and absolutely love it. Cannot recommend it enough. This was our first time with our children and it was amazing. The staff were fabulous, rooms were in great shape and the resort was stunning. Food was great too.

Pacific Resort was the perfect base for our family’s first trip to Rarotonga. The grounds are beautiful (shout out to the gardeners!) and being right on the lagoon is great for kids. We even saw a couple of turtles while snorkeling in the lagoon! Lots of kayaks and paddle boards to use and us parents enjoyed happy hour each day while the kids played on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast was sufficient for us with lots of fresh fruit, cereals, frittata and baked goods. Night markets are close by for lots of food options, and it’s worth hiring a car so you can explore the island on your own schedule plus try out different restaurants. We had an amazing holiday in Rarotonga and if we come back we’ll definitely be staying at the Pacific again.

Good rooms, comfortable beds and great food. Fully recommend it. Weather was good and not too windy, Bus went round and round the island and I have run out of things to say so I need to write another 60 words to make the review work properly so you can stop reading it now!

Whilst visiting the Cook Islands recently we visited the Pacific Hotels at both Aikataki and Muri on Rarotonga for dinner. Both places were great for food and the wine served. However, because we weren’t staying at the hotels on both occasions we were given B Grade tables as the nicer tables with the lovely views were apparently set aside in case any hotel guests wanted them. Few of those tables were reserved and ultimately used (by hotel guests or anyone). This is clearly a misplaced policy of the hotel chain that should instead recognise that paying visitors should be respected and appreciated as much as paying guests. Last night the Muri restaurant was only about a third full. Not like the restaurant doesn’t need as much custom as it can attract. Btw this is all meant in a constructive way. Mark

Room smelled musty. Mattress was lumpy and unfortunate. Room tired. Kids loud and breakfast buffet mediocre and many obnoxious families. Not romantic. Maybe great for families? Location not bad, restaurants and night market walkable. Pool was without enough loungers. Little shade on beach and again, loud families made it unpleasant for us.
