En general, el Rethymno Palace es un hotel maravilloso y le recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque unas vacaciones relajadas y de alta calidad en Creta."

"Si buscas una animada vida nocturna y un montón de bares, este no es tu lugar, pero si buscas unas vacaciones relajantes en un entorno tranquilo, este sí lo es. Acabamos de pasar una semana aquí y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. Su ubicación, en el extremo de la bahía, a unos 20 km de la animada cultura de los cafés y la vida nocturna de Rethymno, puede que no sea del agrado de todos, pero para nosotros fue perfecto. El hotel estuvo impecable toda la semana, el personal súper amable y servicial, la comida estaba buena; como en cualquier paquete de todo incluido, se ofrece cierta cantidad de la misma comida en cada comida, pero siempre había suficientes platos del día para hacerlo más interesante. La comida era solo griega, lo cual fue ideal (no voy al extranjero a probar versiones "turísticas" de la comida, prefiero los platos locales). El yogur es increíble, al igual que las conservas caseras y los dulces. El hotel organiza excursiones geniales y el servicio de autobús público es bastante fácil de usar para llegar a Rethymno y a Panorma (que sin duda recomiendo visitar, fue impresionante). No encontrarás un lugar mejor para ver la puesta de sol. Recomiendo este hotel si buscas unas vacaciones tranquilas y apacibles en lugar de ir de bares."

"A lovely resort with fantastic staff. Thanks to Nikky for her advice. They offered some great excursions. The pool was a bit chilly, but we were there in September. The beach, however, was really not great. It would be a good idea to install motion-activated lights in the hallways, as it would save them a lot of money and be better for the guests, since light leaks under the doors and it's a bit annoying. Overall, a great and very relaxing stay."

Las cuidadoras hablan varios idiomas, lo que facilita la comunicación con los niños de distintas nacionalidades. Todos los días ofrecen actividades diferentes (Mención especial para Regina, Julia y Ana) Cuenta con una piscina para los más pequeños, y la piscina principal también tiene un área poco profunda donde pueden bañarse con seguridad. La comida del bufé es muy rica y la atención, excelente. Es un hotel que recomendaría sin dudar y al que sin duda volvería."

"Best value for money!!! A standard 4* hotel with all inclusive services and renovated rooms. Very near to Rethymno town, just 15 minutes by car, and 5 minutes walking to the sandy beach. We relaxed and had nice time at the beach bar and enjoyed our cocktails and the sunset!!! The food was tasty and the staff at the pool bar very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for families with kids because of the small waterpark at the new pool!!!"

"Just what the Doctor ordered , wonderful , relaxing tropical paradise in Crete. About an hour from the airport with private transfers. Located at Adelianos Kampos near lots of amenities including easy beach access: Bars Restaurants Supermarkets Souvenir, jewlery and clothes shops About thirty euros return to Rethymon by Taxi booked via the hotel. Bus stop opposite the hotel if required. Living the Dream we are staying here now in a Jaquizzi Suite opposite the main road which does not bother us as we like to people watch, we havd a corner Sea View , and are overlooking the gardens quite lovely. The Reception This smells amazing the aroma fills the hotel with a sensual , calming fragrance, we arrived later than planned yesterday evening and were greeting with a choice drink which was most welcome. Checkin was very easy via the hotel App for a couple in their 60,s it was a dream. The Hotel is not too big and day one we entered the Top pool this is one of three at ANO Bar at midday to find beds available , the pool was not busy and drinks for all inclusive are served to your sun bed if wished or pool if taking a dip , health and safety depicts plastic cups however these aided keeping the drinks cold. Staff are friendly and professional , evening one I met the lady Manager who offered an overview of the hotel ,which adds to the experience. Food is fabulous something for everyone its very well done lots of variety for all , suggest if you like olives you will love the sundried they are great! We ordered a wonderful bottle of Greek wine to accompany our evening meal as the all inclusive offer was not to our taste we like a robust red wine. Would we come again , omg yes, love it!"

"My wife and I spent 10 nights at this hotel. From the very start, right through to the last moment we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Because of late flights, we were due to arrive at around 1 am and really weren't expecting anything on arrival except a swift booking in procedure, so when we were told we'd been upgraded from a double room to a suite we were very pleasantly surprised. We were also offered a lovely pasta salad in case we were hungry after the journey which we both gratefully accepted and devoured having not realised just how hungry we were. We had hired a car from just outside the airport and I would advise anyone else to think about hiring a car if you want the convenience of independent travel while staying here. You can park out the back of the hotel on a very quiet little road with access to the hotel grounds from the rear. The suite was modern, clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable with all the amenities one would expect. There just wasn't any traffic noise at night, there's nothing else I can say about that. One evening, a couple of days into our stay we noticed a mysterious water leak coming down the wall, I informed reception, not to complain, but just to let them know about it and it was immediately addressed by the front desk and we were offered a different room, which we didn't take up as we really didn't feel it was needed and we were happy with the room. The next morning the hotel technician came, assessed the problem and fixed it completely with no further leaks for the rest of our stay. Things happen, all you can ask is that they're dealt with efficiently, and I couldn't possibly have asked for a better response from all concerned. The restaurant is buffet style both for breakfast and dinner with a good selection to choose from at breakfast including having one of the chefs cook any type of omelette requested if you wish. Dinner has even more choice and I availed myself of several starter dishes and deserts every night as well as a great choice in both international and Greek cuisine for main dishes. No complaints at all. A very reasonably priced lunch option is available from the pool bar and it really was a very good price for food compared to when we ate out for lunch in Rethymno, Heraklion or Chania. This is a very clean hotel, you will constantly see staff washing and cleaning around the pool in the morning, mopping the floors throughout the day as well as keeping all the rooms clean and well serviced. What makes a great hotel standout from a very good one? In my opinion it's the staff that make the difference. The staff at CHC Imperial Palace, and I mean every single one of them from the cleaners, restaurant staff, front of house and pool bar staff are only too happy to be as helpful and friendly as you could possibly ask for. Their welcoming nature and helpful friendliness seems effortless and never forced. I can't emphasise enough how much of an asset they all are to the successful running"

"Sólo regresó del pueblo. Consejo: NO use mapas de Google para encontrarlo -- intentamos, y perdimos por 30-45 minutos, no teníamos una pista terrenal donde estabamos. Tenga cuidado de utilizar el mapa que el hotel puede e-mailarle (que no tenía en el momento). El olor de jasmina y de mielesuckle te desmeriza mientras miras a estos edificios blancos (que parecen históricos, aunque sólo se construyó hace 20 años). El restaurante utiliza precios comparables a Londres o Singapur.Una visita es suficiente, y después comimos en los pueblos alrededor (especialmente Amnados, 3-4 minutos), donde los precios son normales -- 3-4 x más baratos que en el hotel. Esta era una verdadera ventaja para mí, ya que no quiero ser tomado para un turista rico (vivo a 80 km, en Creta)."

"The rooms are very good, as is the complex. However, the entertainment should be left aside. (Ahmed the head of entertainment should not be there, his only goal being to make women smile……..) Fortunately Areti (the massage woman), Giannis (the waiter at the reception bar) and that the girl who does the sports entertainment was there to raise the level and save this stay (+ 10 for these 3 top people!) I would not come back again and I would not recommend this hotel because of the entertainment manager. Sincerely"
