"We stayed in the prestige suite called Colette as it was our honeymoon. The room was outstanding. The decor is unique, the room was huge and had it’s own balcony/terrace. Comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The staff worked really hard and highly attentive. We ate breakfast both days - delicious. We did lounge by the pool one day. The only downside was mosquitoes but not the hotels fault. Good car park away from road. Peaceful and lovely grounds."

"We stayed at the newly opened Mercure Hôtel in Ax-les-Thermes for a weekend getaway and overall had a lovely experience. The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk from the train station and perfectly situated for hiking (randonnées) in the surrounding mountains. The hotel’s facilities are great. We especially appreciated the wellness area — we tried the spa (hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi), as well as the indoor pool. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. Our room was spotless and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — probably one of the best we've ever slept on! The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed. That said, there are still a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast (brunch) was quite limited. We understand the hotel had just opened the week before, so we hope the selection will expand with time. However, basic items like a toaster (grill-pain) would have been appreciated. We also had dinner at the Château restaurant owned by the hotel. While the setting was beautiful and very romantic, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. My boyfriend had the trout with a strong rouille sauce and fries, and I had lamb with fregola. The flavors were average, and the service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Again, we assume this might be due to the staff still being in training. All in all, it’s a beautiful place to stay, and we’re sure it will only improve with time. We’d gladly return — especially for the spa, pool, and fresh mountain air!"

"We were very disappointed to book a room at €79 on the hotel's website directly. I received the confirmation mail for a room at €79 once the trip was completed I see they took me a room at €99 despite my call on the The manager did not want to make gestures supposedly that it was a computer error that all rooms sound at € 99. I sent the evidence I find it unacceptable to pay €20 more than I booked and in addition I asked for a room with a double bed and I found myself with two double beds. The toilet wasn't holding the bathroom and the door wasn't clean inside. "

"Tenemos una noche de paso. El personal es acogida y la cocina es muy correcta. Las habitaciones están en "su jugo", se prevén trabajos. Desafortunadamente, llegamos un sábado por la noche, donde se prevé una fiesta de cumpleaños. No dormimos la noche, Musica continua en las tiendas (Tivoli) bajo nuestra ventana de habitación. ¿Por qué nos aceptamos sabiendo que esta noche se estaba planeando una noche allí? Un pequeño gesto comercial sobre la adición sería bienvenido."
