From our arrival, the two girls at the reception were very rude and unfriendly, the only thing was that they gave us a piece of paper with information and the key to our room and they didn't even offer to help us get to the room, they just told us to go from here to the left and up the stairs. your room The food is monotonous and repetitive and many times lukewarm The wait for our drinks was very long and several times after we had finished they brought us the drinks. At the bar the young man was arrogant and rude and he only accepted cash to pay for our drinks with the excuse that it was the hotel's policy and of course he never gave us a receipt for what we paid, only after complaining to the management the problem was solved and the manager he was surprised when we mentioned it to him and he instructed the bar and restaurant that we can charge them to our room. The cleanliness in the room was good but not that detailed. The strong point of the hotel is its location and its large sandy beach.

Great location near the coast and road access too. To be honest I was expecrting better infrastructures. The "gym" is a 6 by 3 room with rather domestic equipment. The room was ok but the mattresses were too soft. The room cleaning staff didn't respect the all mighty and sacrate rule of not disturbing a room with the sign "do not disturb". They were knocking at the door instingly untill we had to open and explain ... The room cleaning was bad, stains were left to clean for days and under the beds you could probably grow some vegetables due the dirt acumulated (took pictures). As for the entertainment, besides drinking some cocktails by the pool the hotel had some evening activities but, to be honest, nothing was outstanding... The food was good. Not a critic but most of the guest were German and a so were most of the tv channels... Now the staff was overall very friendly. Special note for ms Tonia, from the reception. Very friendly and always available. Despiste some of this things I've mentioned, we enjoyed the vacations.

Very clean, adherence to Covid precautions throughout hotel. Restaurant a tad canteenish which is fine for breakfast but no ambience during evening service. Booked HB but enough places to eat locally, so have eaten out most nights. Had a massage at hotel spa by Angelika would rate this 5 stars. Just the right pressure, fantastic! Been there with a small kid. Everything was nice and very clean. Yes, food can be more diverse, but it is buffet... you can make changes by yourself, no need to eat all food in same time :) Beach is good, nothing special but they keep it clean. Beach bar is a life saver

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man sich von einem „Strand Urlaub“ wünschen kann. Egal ob Singel, Paar oder Familie. Die Anlage ist so gestaltet, dass man auch Kinder ruhigen Gewissens mal alleine losschicken kann. Direkt am Hotel gibt es einen eigenen Sandstrand mit sehr komfortablen Liegen. Diese sind im Ai inbegriffen. Ansonsten für 10€ pro Liegenpaar. Im Hotel gibt es jeden Tag frische, sehr abwechslungsreiche Speisen in großer Auswahl am Buffet. Kein Massenessen. Für wirklich jeden Geschmack. Und extra für mich sogar vom Küchenchef Lieblingsdessert gemacht worden. ❤️ Die „neuen“ Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Mir persönlich waren die Betten viel zu weich. Aber auf Anfrage habe ich einen härteren Topper bekommen. Topp. Das Lolita Spa schenkt jedem Gast eine 15 minütige Gratis Massage. Ich hatte danach noch eine Ganzkörpermassage und bin rundum zufrieden und entspannt. Echt faire Preise. Die Angestellten von Direktor über Kellner bis zur Putzfrau sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit deutsch und englisch kann man sich super verständigen. Keine 10 min Fußmarsch vom Hotel gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine kleine Shopping Meile und einen Supermarkt. Mit dem Bus oder dem „Zügle“ ist man in 10 min in Georgioupuli. Das Meer ist traumhaft. Für wenig Geld (ab 35€/Tag mit Vollkasko) kann man auch mit dem Mietauto die Insel erkunden. Es gäbe für uns noch soooo viel mehr zu sehen. Kreta hat eine beeindruckende Geschichte und Kultur. Definitiv empfehlenswert. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Einer der schönsten meines Lebens.
