Este alojamiento es espacioso, muy limpio y está completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. El anfitrión es amable y atento, respondiendo rápidamente a todas las consultas, lo que hizo que la experiencia en general fuera muy agradable y fluida. El proceso de registro también es sencillo y cómodo para todos. En el interior, el lugar ofrece excelentes comodidades como una cafetera de cápsulas, un refrigerador grande y Netflix gratuito, lo que hace que el tiempo de relajación sea aún más placentero. Además, se proporcionan detalles como gomas para el cabello, horquillas y discos de algodón, junto con kits de artículos de aseo desechables adaptados al número de huéspedes, por lo que no es necesario traer mucho. Se nota la atención al detalle del anfitrión en todo el espacio. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de las estaciones de la Universidad Femenina Ewha y Sinchon, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. También hay una parada de autobús al aeropuerto en la calle principal cercana, lo que facilita los viajes desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Además, hay excelentes restaurantes de pollo frito y panaderías en la zona para disfrutar. El único inconveniente menor es que hay que subir el equipaje por las escaleras, pero es manejable si no es muy voluminoso. El anfitrión también está dispuesto a ayudar con las maletas, así que no es un gran problema. Además, a diferencia de la mayoría de los apartamentos, tener una terraza privada es una gran ventaja. En resumen, es un alojamiento muy satisfactorio en el que sin duda volvería, y lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda en Seúl.

I visited with a group of three, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The location is right in front of the airport terminal, which gave us immense peace of mind despite arriving late. Security is excellent—late at night, even the common areas require a key card for access, which made us feel completely safe. We were also genuinely touched by the thoughtful seasonal welcome gift. The amenities were incredibly well-designed. The hair dryer was powerful and convenient to use, with a temperature control button on top. After exploring during the day, we relaxed in the common area with some iced tea in the evening. I especially appreciated that the ice was pre-portioned into individual cups, which felt very hygienic. Since we arrived on a rainy day, having a clothes Styler to refresh my dress was an absolute lifesaver. The neighborhood is packed with fun local dining spots to choose from. I even tried Sundaeguk (Korean blood sausage soup) for the first time at Park Seobang Restaurant! On checkout day, we had some time before our flight, and the hotel's daytime luggage storage made everything so easy. As for the room, the bedding was light and incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was initially a bit hesitant about the bunk beds, but they weren't uncomfortable at all and actually gave off a nostalgic, cozy childhood vibe. What really stood out was that the space didn't have that typical ”accommodation smell”; instead, it was filled with Near Blue’s pleasant signature scent, leaving us in a great mood until the very end. Between the wonderful stay and the sweet goodbye gift, I will remember this place for a long time. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!

I travelled for semicon korea trip. It was very convenient as coex is very near to oakwood. 5 minutes walk through B1 floor. On the B1 itself, have a lot of food stalls making it easier for traveler like me during the business trip. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Appreciate the staff who was so kind and nice as well.

Me alojé aquí tres noches en mi primer viaje sola. Lo elegí por su excelente ubicación. Era muy práctico, con tres líneas de metro y una parada de autobús, y todo a un paso. No estaba acostumbrada a usar la cerradura, así que me costó un poco entenderla al principio, pero una vez que me acostumbré, estuvo bien. También me costó un poco entender cómo usar la lavadora y el televisor. La lavadora y el frigorífico/congelador de la habitación eran muy prácticos. Me sentí más como viviendo sola que en un hotel.

It’s my first time staying in a serviced apartment, as I usually stay in hotels when visiting Seoul. I wasn’t quite used to the check-in process, so I felt a bit anxious when I arrived at midnight. At first, the driver couldn’t locate the entrance, and it took us about five minutes to figure it out. After that, I couldn’t find any reception at Block B. I pressed the keypad on the intercom machine, but no one responded. I then tried to look for Block A and, in the process, mistakenly ignored the self check-in booth. Eventually, I called the number on the door, and thankfully, a staff member appeared and helped me out. I wonder why Trip.com didn’t include a reminder about the check-in process—it would’ve been helpful. As for the room, I found it warm and impressively high-tech for someone like me from Hong Kong! I especially liked the clothes-drying machine. However, I did notice a few small issues: 1. There was no universal 220V socket, so I had to buy a local charger (I know other places like L7 Gangnam provide one). 2. You had to place the waste by yourself at block a. 3. The bathroom drain was slightly clogged. Regarding the city view, I paid a bit extra for it but found it was facing a construction site. That said, I’m not complaining—I just wanted to share my experience. I think the overall stay was fine, and now that I know how the process works, if I stay there again next time, I’m sure it will be much easier and more seamless.

Modern and cozy hotel, lovely and helpful staff, even though the hotel is self-service, are always there to help guests. Very comfortable rooms, definitely recommend.

Viaje de 3 días y 2 noches, ¡perfecto para una persona! Ubicación: A unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Chungmu y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación de Myeongdong; no está exactamente cerca, pero se puede ir andando. Servicios: Mucha luz natural por la mañana. Aire acondicionado, calefacción por suelo radiante, nevera, vajilla, microondas. Una pequeña terraza con mesa y sillas, ideal para pedir comida para llevar y maquillarse. El baño está limpio, con buena presión de agua e incluye champú, acondicionador y gel de ducha. No hay cepillo ni pasta de dientes. El secador de pelo debe conectarse al enchufe del armario junto a la cama. No supe cómo ajustar la temperatura de la calefacción por suelo radiante e intenté contactar con recepción, pero al escanear el código QR de atención al cliente no pude acceder al chat en directo; solo ofrecía opciones para hacer preguntas sin darme las respuestas que necesitaba. Alrededores: Una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja, muy práctica. Hay un punto de recogida de basura en la entrada del hotel. En general: ¡Un hotel excelente para viajeros solitarios! El enchufe y la cama están un poco lejos, pero todo lo demás es magnífico. ¡Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si tuviera la oportunidad!

La habitación no era ni muy grande ni muy pequeña, y la limpieza era aceptable. El único problema fue que la ventana no se podía abrir, lo que hacía que el aire fuera muy sofocante. El hotel está a unos 300 metros de la estación de metro y a la misma distancia del autobús del aeropuerto. Myeongdong está a solo una parada de metro, a unos 1,3 kilómetros a pie.

Not bad. Very clean. The space can be a bit tight but can’t complain really. ACs worked well, I didn’t have to carry a card to access the room, has some water and a microwave in the lobby. Overall, not bad at all!

A really great little place to stay, the location is fantastic with myeondong only a 25 minute walk away, or two minutes on the subway! There are lots of stations nearby within walking distance. It was also quite easy to navigate and we had no issues at all while we stayed. The amenities are very nice and luxurious and the whole place was cozy and comfy. The only negative is some small cleaning issues, the rug got dirty very quickly and the floors did too, it would have been nice to have a small vacuum or broom provided to keep things cleaner, also there was a bad smell in the bathroom occasionally, but i’m not sure if that’s just the area as some streets we walked down didn’t smell great. But overall I would highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Korea!
