Ubicación genial y buen trato por parte del personal, me hubiera gustado escoger habitación para no fumadores ya que la que tuvimos el olor a cigarro era increíblemente fuerte

Their Japanese breakfast spread is very nice. Aomori is a small town and many places here are accessible within walking distance.

Hotel is kinda of old but it’s clean. Located quite near the train station. Breakfast was good. Overall ok for a nite stay

Very good. Iron is available and can be collected from reception area. Everywhere is near. Good room space. Although when we switch on the aircond its blowing hot air. Lucky that the weather and wind at night is cooler so we decided to open the window for cool air to the room. Happy for the opportunity to stay at this hotel in aomori.

The hotel is very nice. Food also very good. Location is very convenient for travel. Room was very clean.

They said that the breakfast is end 08.30 but the staff started to clean up the breakfast area since 7.50. However, everything nice , good location good view, good food

The room is old, and the hallway was very dark because there was no light. The male old receptionist on the night shift was very rude. I booked two rooms for three people, and the booking clearly showed the names, but he did not look at them. He may not understand English.

I stayed here after biking from Tokyo and it was in the perfect location. A block from all the shops and restaurants. Laundry is available and there is a great breakfast. A big shout out to the staff. Bery helpful with all my biking gear that Inhad forwarded and they have a nice biking area in the lobby.

I stayed in Aomori for a week but this hotel was so terrible that I moved out after two nights. Very small room in a separate wing.

right behind public parking lot on Shinmachi Street, 10 minutes from Aomori station (google maps will guide you walk from behind Shinmachi Street). Hotel is a bit old but reasonably well preserved. Maybe owner needs to consider upgrading considering the potentia

Due to heavy snow all the train routes had been closed to the hotel. I couldn't check-in and wasn't refunded any money and lost 21k for 3 nights. Never book the hotel beforehand to reaching the town.
