Mi estancia en este hotel moderno fue buena. El check-in fue suave. Como las habitaciones están equipadas con un sistema de tarjetas electrónicas, puede ser un poco complicado si su tarjeta no está activada (eso fue mi caso). El ascensor no se mueve si su tarjeta no está activada. La habitación era estándar, con ducha moderna. Tenga en cuenta que la habitación no está limpia todos los días. En mi caso, una estancia 2-night, la habitación estaba limpia en absoluto. La liberación de “conservar el medio ambiente” es un poco demasiado fácil. El hotel ahorra mucho dinero, pero el precio sigue siendo el mismo :-( El desayuno era bueno, o una variedad de comida continental.

El hotel tiene una habitación muy confortable y está muy bien situado. El hotel es de 3 estrellas, pero las habitaciones son como 4 estrellas. Pros: - Super centro de ubicación no lejos de la estación y fácil de roaming alrededor. - Inspeccione rápida y suave en & Excursion. - Pet friendly with only 6 euros per night + they gave treatments & pot. - La cama es grande y firme, aunque puede ser un poco más suave. Pijamas cómodas. - Super limpio cuarto y nuevas instalaciones. - Wifi es super fácil de conectar y rápido. - La habitación en la esquina tenía una gran vista sobre keyserlei y la gran estación. - Las habitaciones están abiertas con un código, no una llave, también la entrada. Eso es seguro. - No teníamos problemas con el ruido exterior en absoluto. - El duche tenía buena presión de agua y tiene una puerta de cristal, eso es algo que me gusta. Cons: - La máquina Nespresso en nuestra habitación no funcionaba, tuvimos café fuera. - Pasos de pies pesados de la habitación arriba (2 veces) irritaron un poco a mi perro y lo hicieron nervioso. - Durante el duche, descubrí que el contenedor de lavabo está completamente vacío. Tenía que salir de la ducha y usar el uno en el bañón. Además, bombean muy raro y poco. En general, tuvimos una gran estancia y estaré de vuelta para estar seguro si vuelvo a Antwerpen. Tal vez daré un segundo tiro a su desayuno también.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. La habitación era más grande que esperaba, super limpia y tuvimos una vista maravillosa sobre el MAS, que era un absoluto más. No hay nevera en la habitación, pero la posibilidad de conseguir cubos de hielo en el lobbyBreakfast fue un poco básica, pero con las restricciones de COVID y también teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, fue más que aceptable. El estacionamiento también fue fácil (nota no encontré el ascensor para subir, pero ya que sólo teníamos un troleo, las escaleras estaban bien). Y me encantó la ubicación: a unos 15 minutos de Groenplaats, a 5 minutos de ”'t Eilandje” y a 20 minutos a pie del palacio deportivo, donde fuimos a una exposición. También fue un buen paseo al palacio deportivo como fue a través de Parkspoor Norte. La próxima vez que tengo para ir al palacio o la arena de Lotto, definitivamente consideraré quedarme allí otra vez. Línea de abajo, por el precio que pagamos, este hotel fue excelente. Un consejo más: Reservé directamente en el hotel y eso fue más barato que a través de otros sitios web de reservas

¡Muy cerca de la estación de tren y entre 2 estaciones de metro! Servicio bien, limpieza bien pero podría mejorarse (puedo decir que era limpia pero no profunda en la mesa, y el dispensador de jabón/shampoo estaba roto, así que se extendió por todo el baño)

Room really close to station (basically just outside). Room spacious. Comfortable beds (twin room). Aircon good (though was difficult to work out - very small button on top right of control by door). Shower head good. Very clean room. Double glazing kept sound out (as very close to pubs and restaurants). Wifi was very poor. Difficult to connect to with multiple devices. Also as mentioned, no information on how to use aircon. It was very hot. Finally worked out which button to press on controls. Very noisy corridors. In morning heard noise and floor vibrated when someone walked past. We were also close to front of hotel opposite station and also lots of restaurants and pubs so could not open window as very noisty.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีAntwerp Centraalแค่ข้ามถนนเลยค่ะ การเดินทางสะดวกมาก ถ้าเดินทางด้วยรถไฟก็แนะนำเลยค่ะ ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก มีไมโครเวฟให้ มีกาน้ำร้อน เตารีด ครบมาก พักแบบห้อง 4 คน เป็นเตียงควีนไซส์2เตียง นอนสบายมาก แถมมีห้องทานข้าวพร้อมโต๊ะทานข้าวให้อีก 1 ห้อง ประทับใจมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่พื้นที่เล็กไปหน่อย พอคนเยอะจะไม่มีที่นั่ง ตอนเช็คอินทางโรงแรมให้เลือกช่วงเวลาในการไปรับประทานอาหารเช้า แต่นั่งเกินเวลาก็ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมากๆให้early check-inด้วย รอบหน้าใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ😊

El servicio de recepción es amable. Al salir del hotel y cruzar la calle, hay una puerta que da directamente a la estación de tren. La ubicación es muy práctica. Hay grandes supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes en la calle peatonal Chinatown en 5 minutos. caminar. La habitación es muy pequeña y las instalaciones son similares a las de las casas de huéspedes nacionales. No hay frigorífico, pero sí calefacción. Puedes pedir secador de pelo en recepción. Hay que pagar una fianza de 10 euros, que te será reembolsado y 2 botellas de agua son gratis. Sin embargo, el efecto de aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy pobre. Debido a que vivo cerca del ascensor, cada vez que el ascensor sube y baja, puedo escucharlo claramente en la habitación. Se cree que el sonido de tocar la puerta de al lado es llamando a mi propia puerta.

Buena ubicación y una habitación (limpia) que cumple con todos los requisitos para un viaje a la ciudad. El concepto de auto check-in y agarrar y pagar las bebidas usted mismo no es realmente lo mío. Como resultado, un nivel mínimo de dotación de personal, lo que influye en el ambiente del vestíbulo. TENGA EN CUENTA que cuando reserva a través de Trip, aún debe pagar el impuesto a la llegada. Por lo tanto, el precio pagado en línea no está completo. En nuestro caso aún tuvimos que pagar 17€ por 3 noches a la llegada al hotel.

Lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero servido por el tranvía al lado. Habitación deluxe amplia, cama grande, baño grande. Los hoteleros hablan inglés francés español. El desayuno era correcto y muy bien. Poco bien: ascensor muy viejo y muy caprichoso. Muy bien decorado para Navidad.

I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff that checked me in this past week. My husband and I booked a stay at this hotel back in April for 4 nights. They sent me an email stating that they weren't able to charge my credit card on the reservation, which made sense because we had forgotten we had just received a new card to replace the expired one. They asked that I look at my account, so they can charge a new card. If I failed to do that in 24 hours, then my booking would be cancelled. Approx 13 hours of receiving that email, I went in and updated the credit card information on the account and sent them an email confirming I did so. When I arrived at this hotel to check in a month later (which was this past week), the front desk staff told me that the reservation was cancelled. I showed them the email that they sent me and the one I had sent to them. I also showed them my original reservation number. They looked into it for a while, but they told me that ultimately the reservation was cancelled so they can't do anything. They were also all booked up on one of the four nights we were supposed to stay there, so they could only check us in for 2 nights (Thurs-Fri). Up to this point, I was confused but I wasn't upset. I understand things can happen, and I was eager to work this out. However, what really pushed me over the edge was the fact that the front desk staff showed no empathy for the situation I was in. I told them that I never received any email that my reservation was cancelled. I even asked if there were any other alternative hotels, as we were traveling from outside the country and did not know the area well. The staff person I was talking to responded with very little attempt at professionalism, and instead told me that we should solve this ”later” as I was holding up the line. I believe her words were along the lines of, ”you should turn around, look at the line.” When I asked her when ”later” would be, she let out a small laugh which was a very confusing response to what I thought was a valid question. This is when I was starting to feel incredulous. I wanted her assistance, but I got rudeness and condescension in return. I tried my best not to raise my voice even though I was getting frustrated, and I told her that I felt I was getting penalized for something that wasn't my fault. Still, there was no attempt to help me with the situation, and I felt like I was being waved away. At the very end of our interaction, the staff person told me that if there is a room that opens up on Sat they would contact me to let me know. I asked how they would contact me on updates (would it be through the hotel phone? My international number? Call, email, or text?) and I received a very frustrated look and a sigh in return, not a helpful response. I am still unsure why she acted this way, when I genuinely wanted to understand how I would be contacted. (And they never actually contacted me... even to tell me they were still all boo
