El hotel reúne todo lo que pueda uno desear para pasar una estancia tranquila; desayuno estupendo, habitación silenciosa; personal amable y servicial; es cierto que está algo alejado del centro, unos 20 minutos caminando, pero el paseo es agradable, y si no quieres caminar hay un bus gratuito cada 20 minutos que te deja en el mismo centro (Grand Place) en 7 minutos que se coge al lado del hotel en frente de la estación de tren (pregunta en recepción). También hay un Carrefur City muy cerca. Es cierto que es algo caro, pero la calidad se paga...(por ello la relación calidad precio entiendo que es normal)

Buena ubicación y una habitación (limpia) que cumple con todos los requisitos para un viaje a la ciudad. El concepto de auto check-in y agarrar y pagar las bebidas usted mismo no es realmente lo mío. Como resultado, un nivel mínimo de dotación de personal, lo que influye en el ambiente del vestíbulo. TENGA EN CUENTA que cuando reserva a través de Trip, aún debe pagar el impuesto a la llegada. Por lo tanto, el precio pagado en línea no está completo. En nuestro caso aún tuvimos que pagar 17€ por 3 noches a la llegada al hotel.

Hotel pequeño, limpio y asequible situado junto a la estación central. La habitación era básica pero bonita y cómoda. Las camas eran cómodas. Teníamos una cama doble con una litera con dos camas individuales encima, lo cual era perfecto para nuestra familia de 3 personas. Hay jabón y toallas, pero no hay champú, secador de pelo, hervidor ni aire acondicionado. La ventana se abre sólo unos pocos centímetros, a menos que consigas que la desbloqueen. Trajimos un ventilador portátil, lo que ayudó en un día tan caluroso. Hay un supermercado Lidl al lado y una cafetería a una manzana. A un par de cuadras se encuentra el distrito de los diamantes con una interesante mezcla de judíos jasídicos e inmigrantes musulmanes del Medio Oriente. La ciudad es muy transitable desde aquí. Desde la estación, el Meir está a unos 10 minutos a pie y el Grote Markt está a unos 20 minutos.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends. The check-in process was a bit long due to an issue with the visibility of my advance payment made the day prior. However, once this was resolved, we were treated to complimentary refreshment drinks in the check-in area, which were most enjoyable. The lounge and bar boasted a modern, chic design. Before booking this hotel I had read some reviews mentioning the loud music in the lift. This was no longer the case. I was a bit disappointed to find that DJ's were only present at the bar on Fridays. I did not have breafkast during my stay, I may reconsider on my next visit. The room was ultra clean, the bed was super comfortable. The overall experience was positive, and I look forward to my return.

Disfruté de una buena estancia en el hotel, era limpio y limpio, no se utilizó el servicio de desayuno. La única crítica es que la organización de viajes no ha anunciado previamente que el uso del aparcamiento era el Euro 19 al día, y que, en última instancia, pagó la mitad. El hotel es bueno. El precio/calidad estaba bien. El cuarto estaba bien y muy limpio y la cama estaba bien. La ducha era un poco menos. Cuando dejaste el mezclador en el mismo estado, se sentía como un baño de hielo, el segundo siguiente, tu bola se desgarró de la espalda, pero felizmente, esto se resfrió bien. El acuerdo de baño de cambio gratuito permitió la ”trabajo clase” de bienestar experimento!

Lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero servido por el tranvía al lado. Habitación deluxe amplia, cama grande, baño grande. Los hoteleros hablan inglés francés español. El desayuno era correcto y muy bien. Poco bien: ascensor muy viejo y muy caprichoso. Muy bien decorado para Navidad.

Un lugar realmente genial para quedarse. A mis hijos adolescentes les encantó el ambiente. Personal amigable. Café gratis en el vestíbulo, que está lleno de cómodos asientos y muchos libros para leer. Excelente cervecería sobre la carretera para bebidas y comida. Corto trayecto en tranvía hasta el centro de Amberes. ¡Lo recomendaría altamente!

En los años, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, dispositivo inocente

I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff that checked me in this past week. My husband and I booked a stay at this hotel back in April for 4 nights. They sent me an email stating that they weren't able to charge my credit card on the reservation, which made sense because we had forgotten we had just received a new card to replace the expired one. They asked that I look at my account, so they can charge a new card. If I failed to do that in 24 hours, then my booking would be cancelled. Approx 13 hours of receiving that email, I went in and updated the credit card information on the account and sent them an email confirming I did so. When I arrived at this hotel to check in a month later (which was this past week), the front desk staff told me that the reservation was cancelled. I showed them the email that they sent me and the one I had sent to them. I also showed them my original reservation number. They looked into it for a while, but they told me that ultimately the reservation was cancelled so they can't do anything. They were also all booked up on one of the four nights we were supposed to stay there, so they could only check us in for 2 nights (Thurs-Fri). Up to this point, I was confused but I wasn't upset. I understand things can happen, and I was eager to work this out. However, what really pushed me over the edge was the fact that the front desk staff showed no empathy for the situation I was in. I told them that I never received any email that my reservation was cancelled. I even asked if there were any other alternative hotels, as we were traveling from outside the country and did not know the area well. The staff person I was talking to responded with very little attempt at professionalism, and instead told me that we should solve this ”later” as I was holding up the line. I believe her words were along the lines of, ”you should turn around, look at the line.” When I asked her when ”later” would be, she let out a small laugh which was a very confusing response to what I thought was a valid question. This is when I was starting to feel incredulous. I wanted her assistance, but I got rudeness and condescension in return. I tried my best not to raise my voice even though I was getting frustrated, and I told her that I felt I was getting penalized for something that wasn't my fault. Still, there was no attempt to help me with the situation, and I felt like I was being waved away. At the very end of our interaction, the staff person told me that if there is a room that opens up on Sat they would contact me to let me know. I asked how they would contact me on updates (would it be through the hotel phone? My international number? Call, email, or text?) and I received a very frustrated look and a sigh in return, not a helpful response. I am still unsure why she acted this way, when I genuinely wanted to understand how I would be contacted. (And they never actually contacted me... even to tell me they were still all boo
