Valoraciones de Hyllit Hotel

Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone.

The hotel is reasonably comfortable, the service friendly and helpful and the beds are quite good, really. However, there are just too many services that I would expect from a hotel in this price category which were missing, or come with an extra charge. Most importantly, the access to the spa is an extra fee, a bottle of water costs extra... That the bathroom wasn't very well cleaned (hair from previous occupants all over the place!) was probably a fluke, but still should not happen in a hotel in this price range. On the other hand, the proximity to the train station, a short walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants nearby speak for the hotel (this also allows to give the rather overpriced breakfast a pass) speak for the place. All in all: a very mixed experience. I would probably still look for a different place net time I go to Antwerp.

Great location so close to the train station and between 2 subways stations! Service ok, cleanliness ok but could be improved (I can tell that it was clean but not deep on the table, and the soap/shampoo dispenser was kind of broken so it spread all around bathtub)

Fijn hotel, goed gelegen. Lekker geslapen! Vriendelijk personeel er werd aan mijn verjaardag gedacht!

Mooi hotel op een mooie locatie. Midden in het centrum alles is zeer goed te bereiken van uit het hotel. Veel lekkere en gezellige restaurants en barretjes in de buurt. We zijn zeer tevreden over het hotel en komen zeker nog een keer terug. Voor mij was er bij het ontbijt voldoende keuze. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en spreken meerdere talen.

Het hotel zit op een goede locatie  midden in het winkel centrum  goed te bereiken met de auto / ov  hotel is netjes en schoon  Badkamer was wel in iets minderen staat  douch putje stroomde over waardoor het water uit de douche / badkamer liep dit moesten wij drogen met alle handdoeken die aanwezig waren .  het water stoomt onder de kitranden van de douche wand door.  helaas was de douchekop  wit van de kalk en deed de fohn/ haar droger het niet . verder is het een nette kamer erg schoon en liggen de bedden goed !  wel jammer dat er niet was verteld dat de  goed gevulde minibar er niet bij in zat en dat we de volgende ochtend pas een klein kaartje in een laadje vonden met de prijzen er op die ontzettend hoog geprijsd zijn voor de producten  ook het parkeren was blijkbaar niet gratis €25 per dag  dit was niet verteld bij de receptie helaas

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie ruime kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Fijn dat we handdoeken, badjassen en slippers van het huis kregen om naar het zwembad te gaan.

Heel goed gelegen hotel op wandelafstand van het station en aan de winkelstraat. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie ruime kamer en ruime badkamer. Ik verbleef in kamer 432 , een executive kamer. Voor mij, als rugpatient,een heel goed bed. Er is een mooie en grote bar met , ook hier, heel vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader en als we nog eens in Antwerpen verblijven zal het zeker in dit hotel zijn.

Fantastische locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Tweepersoons bed aan de smalle kant. Rustig gelegen. Prima voor weekendje weg

Supermooi hotel met perfecte ligging , hulpzaam personeel en mooie kamers . Ook garage aanwezig . Ideaal voor dagje Antwerpen .
