The hotel is located at a good location as it is walking distance to the north entrance of the Changbai Mountain. It is good that a free transportation is provided to and fro the train station. The room is spacious and clean with a nice appliance to make hot drinks and a smart voice navigation device. Staff is friendly and helpful too.

Hope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot. Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot. My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

Everything is good except front desk male staff is not as friendly. The hotel uses room service robot for food and beverage delivery.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is just great. Very convenient to arrive with taxi or leave to the Changbai Mountain entrance. Also close to the city. But the room was interesting. Clean, good, but: The WiFi was not working and it was known to the hotel staff, but no one ever cared about it to fix it. The AC was not working at all. Sleeping at 26 degree was hard. Breakfast was typical local food. Very delicious. Western breakfast we cannot recommend. The butter was already to old and could not be eaten anymore. Toaster toasted on side too hard (burned) and the other side nothing. So, all in all a good hotel for a short stay (weekend).

奔着天池而來，聯繫的前台小妹妹諮詢訂的房間。房間寬敞整齊乾淨，前台帥哥美女熱情好客。無論入住亦或離店都便捷高效。離店還熱情地送了一份伴手禮，意外的美好！酒店位置超級讚的，離北坡遊客集散中心、雪絨花公園、秋沙鴨公園、雲頂市集、雲頂天宮都不遠。酒店邊上的超市應有盡有，附近的東沃區域美食也多也正宗，絕對地道！

兩人點墨大床房空間還是夠大的，住了好多天。 有高鐵接站服務，聯繫酒店提前預約。 1.最滿意的是智能家居這一塊可以一鍵調節明亮閲讀觀影睡眠模式，有對應的燈光，一鍵智能開關窗簾。 2.智能馬桶，馬桶圈是熱的腳踢一下就可以沖水很乾凈，洗漱台也夠大，可以擺下我所有的化粧品和護護膚品 3.熱水是恆温的，一打開不會出現冷水攻擊人的情況，房間內的暖氣也很充足 4.進門設定了掛衣區浴室裏麪也有晾衣繩，B一樓有洗衣機和烘乾機，東北非常乾燥，衣服掛一個晚上就幹了，毛衣不要去烘乾 5.投影儀可以自己投屏，也有優酷的vip可以觀看 6.東北這塊服務搞得相對淡一點的吧，這酒店人員還是挺好的，幫忙按電梯幫忙送東西，還推薦我們去附近的吃飯的地方。 7.細節方面，有一個即時加熱飲水機不是用熱水壺的，這樣比較乾淨衞生， 就是圖四枱面上那個綠色的小東西。客房每天都送一個一次性馬桶套。 8.酒店附近還是很容易可以點到外賣的，距離雲頂集市500米，可以步行。對面就是一個公園可以拍拍照 南方朋友要注意！！這邊是不提供洗澡拖鞋的要自己準備塑料拖鞋洗澡

環境不錯的，是比較新的酒店，交通位置也很好，去哪都方便，這個價位可以説性價比超級高。早餐種類不多，居然還有鍋巴肉和凍梨，味道還不錯。衞生方面，剛進門就發現洗手池有一根頭髮，其它的無可挑剔，廁所是智能馬桶，還裝了一次性馬桶墊。總體來説還是很令人滿意的，唯一不滿的點就是洗手池下水極慢，打開塞子會有臭味返上來。工作人員服務也都挺好的，有免費接送站服務，退房的時候還給我們送了人蔘😂

房間乾淨，有公共洗衣區，去的時候住客少，早餐可以選套餐預訂時間，送到房間，品種豐富，離北景區入口步行20分鐘，離萬巷步行街（雲頂市集）步行30-40分鐘，酒店門口左右兩邊都有便利店，有租雪服的店，安靜舒服，覺得熱可以開窗。店員服務態度都很好。
