Clean hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast is basic but as it’s included in the room price makes it very reasonable. The staff are very helpful. Walking distance to the waterfalls but part from that, not much around the area. If you are on a budget this hotel is great value for money but I wouldn’t say it’s luxury

Not a good experience. The rooms are mini suites which are lovely but the shower is dangerous with no handrail or a shelf for toiletries.
The Free breakfast is limited for UK palette with a cost fir any warm food, eggs omelette. I asked for muesli and got porridge!!
The menu for evening meal is very limited and not cooked well.
The hotel is used by dentist and medical patients coming from the UK but the staff do not speak English.
The public area is not suitable for socialising as it's nearly the reception area. The bar closes at 10pm which is located in the dining room.
The location is not good as it's a long walk to any resturants although Duden Waterfall is reasonably close.
If the this hotel intends to welcome UK patients they need to make some massive improvements to cater for customers needs.
I would not recommend a stay here.

Would like to thank the wonderful helpful friendly staff at the Optimum luxury hotel. They go above and beyond for you. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food and drink is extremely reasonable Also. Thank you for a wonderful weeks stay with you all :-)

The experience at Optimum hotel was truly exceptional! The SPA was delightful, the cuisine exquisite, and the sea view rooms provided a cozy retreat. Special appreciation to the restaurant manager, Özgür Bey, whose attentive service enhanced our dining experience. A wonderful stay that exceeded expectations!

I feel like i belong to this place, the staff ar very friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms.

Ok for what I paid so good value and reasonable for local buses and services. The hotel felt a bit soulless and forgotten but it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get chance to use the Spa so unable to comment.

Me and my fiancé went to turkey for the first time. And we both felt very welcomed. The staff was great, everyone was very helpful. The check-in process was great, the rooms was perfect for us. Very cute with the balcony. The cleaning-staff was great and had very infectious smiles! And even though the stray cats and the stray dog were not a part of the hotel they contributed to the wonderful stay, because they are very calm and snuggly. We loved the saunas, Turkish bath and both the indoor pool and outdoor pool. The process of booking a massage is easy. The beach is quite far away, but the hotel has a shuttle that passes by which you don't have to pay extra for. The cheeseburger was amazing. And we loved when you could hear the prayers from outside it was beautiful and the view was great. Unfortunately the steam sauna was out of order 2 of the 4 days when we were there.

First received smoking room with curtains laying on coach. Then waited 1,5 hrs for wifi to be activated because reception kept on forgetting. When I complained, he laughed at me. Breakfast was poor, many things finished and they don’t bring more. When they do, eggs are raw. When I checked out, I asked again for the manager to call me, but of course no call!
