A surprisingly calm and relaxed hotel tucked in the heat of Antalya’s Konyaaltı. The architecture stands out — clearly thoughtfully designed, though I must admit (as an architect myself) that some of the execution details show the usual hiccups that give professionals like me the occasional aneurysm. Still, the room had everything we needed (big safe, plenty of hangers, AC that really cools, blackout curtains, bathroom with generous storage) and even a few things we didn’t need but definitely enjoyed — mirrors everywhere, ambient lighting, a TV, a nice little balcony… Reception service is really the key to the experience here. Always friendly, helpful, and efficient — they assisted us with early check-in, parking our rental, laundry service, and local tips — all without the usual tipping expectations. That said, this is Turkey, and a small tip might still get you an extra edge in service (we didn’t test that, but it’s a cultural given). The hotel includes a great-value breakfast and 24/7 room service, which came in clutch for 2 a.m. hunger or noon “breakfast.” There’s also a small pool area perfect for mid-day chilling, plus free sauna and hammam access — a rare bonus. It’s on the slightly pricier side, but it delivers on what it promises. No scams, no hidden tricks — just a genuinely good place to stay and relax.
