Valoraciones de Cender Hotel

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel y el servicio de recepción. No me gustó la elección del desayuno. La piscina estaba bien, pero la sauna y el hammm no funcionaban. En cualquier momento del día que fuimos allí, no había nadie en el mostrador de servicio. La habitación en sí estaba bien y limpia, pero no teníamos ninguna conexión WiFi desde el principio, solo podíamos usarla en el vestíbulo.

Tenga en cuenta que el covid ha afectado a muchos hoteles, incluido este, por lo que algunas instalaciones están cerradas, como el restaurante de pescado y el gimnasio, etc. La ubicación es excelente, ya que puede caminar directamente por la carretera hacia el casco antiguo y el tranvía cuesta 4.50 liras turcas. para una persona por uso, por lo que en la máquina puede comprar un boleto desechable por 1,50 liras turcas y 9 liras turcas. Así que desde el hotel cender puede tomar el tranvía hasta el final para ir a la playa. Cender tiene una hermosa vista de los acantilados y justo al final de la calle está el restaurante de pescado Lara. Literalmente estás comiendo al lado de un acantilado para los amantes de los mariscos. La vista es desde el sexto piso para dar una mejor comprensión. También es rentable considerando que ofrecen desayuno y cena.

Beautiful sea view & value for money. Only fault line is the lazy restaurant staffs during breakfast. Both staffs sat down to chat & left tables uncleared of dirty crockeries…when clearing tables, just left whatever unused cutleries on table instead of setting new set of tableware. Very unhygienic!

Hotel 🏨 rooms with see view was good. Personnels are mostly impolite, not friendly except a gentleman at breakfast. No entertainment at all even not a single bar.

I come back again it was very nice days

We found ourselves in a challenging situation when our flight was cancelled by Sleezy Jet, resulting in an unexpected stay at this establishment. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, lacking both courtesy and compassion, especially given our circumstances of traveling with five young, exhausted children after a night of delays. We arrived at the hotel at 6 am, only to discover that the rooms were in poor condition, with cleanliness not a priority—there was even hair in the shower. Despite our obvious need for rest and refreshment, no offers of food or water were extended to us. Our experience worsened when, at noon, a staff member abruptly entered our rooms without prior notice, insisting we vacate immediately due to an impending bus arrival. Contrary to his assertion, the bus did not arrive until 2:30 pm as scheduled. This individual’s dismissive and mocking farewell, wishing us a "good journey home" with a laugh, highlighted the lack of empathy we encountered. Overall, the service and conditions at this hotel were extremely disappointing, and it is difficult to recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

Worst hotel EVER stayed in…. No air con within the lobby’s, rude staff that enter your room without no notice or even a knock. Took our passports to then find they had left them laid out on the desk awaiting for anyone to pick up 😤 dirty bathrooms, you wouldn’t even want to shower your pet within there…rooms infested with insects, crawling and flying type!! no WiFi, breakfast was a shambles… 3 out of the 5 of us that stayed had food poisoning (also after speaking to multiple people experienced the same thing 🤢) lobby toilets had no tissue & just overall disgusting! asked at reception for more and got given 2 small squares. Disabled guest was left in the lobby with no assistance for hours… the list could go on and on… don’t waste your money/families health by staying here! AVOID AT ALL COSTS..!!

Unfortunately our flight home was cancelled overnight and we were placed here by EasyJet. We checked in at 6am and had to leave our passports at the desk. Room was small and very dirty, no towels (not that we would have wanted to use the shower anyway as this was disgusting). We were then woken up to the man who checked us in walking into our room and shouting that we must get up as ‘our flight had been moved forward and the bus was coming to collect us in 10 minutes’ thankfully we had put the chain lock on the door as we had small children so he was not able to completely enter our room but there were many other families and young girls at the hotel for the same reason as us who’s rooms he had walked straight into with no warning whilst they slept. We were rushed to the lobby, our passports had been given to someone else and the bus to collect us didn’t arrive until 2 hours later. We then found out that checkout was 12pm and that’s why he woke us all up. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. No food or water was offered to us or the children, no tissue in the lobby bathroom. It’s hard to believe people pay to stay here!!

The staff had an attitude! The rooms where dirty with ice cream marks on the bed sheets we found a cockroach under the sofa the breakfast was horrible and the dinner too. the pool was filled with garbages(dead insects plastic wrapping)etc… bad hotel for you and your family I do not recommend. Only the view was a little good! VERY BAD HOTEL! Trust me don’t go near it!

Very professional staff and excellent service in the hotel and new built spa. I had the massage by Mr Serkan one of the few spa which has a man massager if you want which is rare in Antalya. Gizem was friendly and helpful and gave a very good price for the spa package. I really recommend this spa and hotel and will come back again iA

What a lovely hotel location perfect to everything. Hotel manger mr Cender and the staff were so welcoming and did so much for us for the short time we were there. Would 100% stay there again. Lots of shops around and so close to the old town. Amazing place
