Not a bad little hotel. The hotel itself is not all that interesting, but at least the room was clean. The man on the front desk was helpful. Not sure if they speak English or not since I only spoke French with them. Close by you have a number of restaurants. And you can walk to everything within minutes. There is a cafe/bar to the left, Les Salles Gossses that gets fairly acrive on a weekend. To the right there is a burger place 99 Street Burgers open late, and during the daytime, walk down the street to the right and there is a big square, Place de l'Hotel de Ville with an old-time carousel, and several restaurants. As a stopover on the way to/from Geneva, it's a reasonable option. One negative point though it is minor: this hotel does inexplicably take a 100 euro deposit pre-authorised on credit card. This is a bit ridiculous as there is nothing in the room is worth 100 euros.

Studio 25 M2 parfait pour 2. Accueil également au top avec sourires et envie de satisfaire le client. Appartement très propre. Seul bémol le quartier après 22h qui devient terrain de jeu de quelques bolosses qui pensent exister au travers du bruit qu'ils peuvent faire avec leurs moteurs,sur 2 comme 4 roues. Un en particulier qui tous les soirs fait une roue arrière en pleine rue avec une moto non homologuée sur route, à quelques mètres de familles avec leurs enfants. Ils ont besoin de ça pour avoir l'impression d'exister. Ce n'est même plus de l'inconscience ils n'ont juste pas la lumière à tous les étages. Pour le stationnement si vous partez une grande partie de la journée le mieux c'est de prendre une place en zone verte ou orange en fin de journée, c'est gratuit la nuit, et de prendre un ticket pour moins de 2€ on a le stationnement jusque vers 10h le lendemain si on le prend après 19h.

Hotel agradable, personal muy amable y estúdios bien equipados con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Yo diría que el único punto negativo es una pequeña falta de colocación en la cocina (a la place du miroir a côté de la cocina, creo que habría sido bueno colocar etages o un pequeño mueble y colocar el mirador en la puerta de la sala de cocina de baño o en frente de la armaria) porque ningún lugar para colocar las pocas carreras para el estancia una vez que las ropas en la armaria. En cualquier caso, hemos pasado una muy buena estancia!

Hôtel propre, bien situé, personnel sympathique. La chambre attribuée n’est pas spacieuse mais suffisamment pour 1 ou 2 personnes qui n’y passent que la nuit. La salle de bain est bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet continental correct et representatif de ce genre d’hôtel. Deux bémols: - il serait vraiment important de proposer du pain tranché. En effet il n’est pas rassurant que chaque client saisisse le pain pour le couper. Cela choque d’autant plus dans le contexte sanitaire mais indépendamment du virus du moment ce n’est guère hygiénique. - une réception ouverte 24/24 serait plus rassurante qu’un seul système de carte magnétique pour débloquer tous les accès ( porte d’entrée, accès à l’ascenseur ou escalier) sans possibilité de faire appel à quelqu’un si défaillance ( j’ai posé la question). Les tarifs sont quand même élevés, il conviendrait d’engager du personnel et ne pas penser uniquement au profits des actionnaires.

Some of the staff are friendly, especially those from the Reception. The hotel is strategically located opposite Annemasse Main Train Station. You can easily purchase the ticket and travel to Geneva too. Latitude 46 serves good food (it is the hotel's only restaurant) There are several bus station nearby, where you can hoop on / off the bus easily (eg : Tango) Opposite the hotel is the Tourism Board of Annemasse. There is a mini bar and conference rooms at Level 8 of the hotel. if you wish to stay in this hotel, it is better to be able to communicate in French, else it is very hard to talk to the staff However the room is very small there is no cupboard to hang clothes. If you are staying in standard room, no bedroom sleepers will be provided. According to reception, Sleepers are only for those in Executive Rooms. The carpet in the room is not clean, and I noticed that cleaners entered the room with their boots / shoes, and that could be the reason why the carpet is always dusty and dirty. Another thing to note is the bedsheet is not clean. The mini bar at Level 8 closes at around 10pm, which is too early. The waitresses will ask you to leave by around 10pm. she spoke in French and none of us could understand. Most staff cannot communicate in English. The place may not be safe especially at nights, you can hear people fighting at the back street , from your hotel room . One of the evenings (16 Apr) , we reached the Latitude 46 at around 9.37pm, and were trying to place our orders, a young waiter told us that the kitchen have closed. However, as per the reception, the last call to the kitchen was always at 10pm. We were left with no food, as most of the cafes nearby have already closed, ended up we had to buy burgers from McDonalds. The young waiter (male) was very rude and could not speak English efficiently. In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable only for short stay One plus point is, it is located very near to the town's main train station. That's it.
