Kept awake because of the sports bar downstairs playing music till 1am, otherwise this place would have got a higher rating

Hotel is over priced. Took a step back into the 1970s when entering the hotel, the room was also dated. Bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. Plenty clean towels. Great parking. The hotel was clean throughout. The restaurant had a 45 minute wait for service, which was explained to me by the only member of staff. I didn't stop to experience the restaurant along with the rickety tables and chairs, which looked like they had be salvaged from the local tip. Staff were friendly and honest. The hotel has no atmosphere, unlike the pub underneath which shared its music all night. To sum up, over priced yet comfortable. I cannot recommend this place and will not stay again.

Really good location but a little noisy. Staff were superb and really helpful. The family room was great with a divider between the double and single bed. All in room but with some privacy.

. Just a one-night football break for three. Facilities basic but fine. Staff very good. Nice wee bar in the hotel. Great breakfast.

Fantastic little hotel, right in the centre of Annan. Couldn’t hear the bar downstairs all in the evening but could hear a little noise at night but nothing that would keep us awake. Easy to walk to the shops/restaurants. Rooms were lovely and clean, if a little small but that wasn’t a problem. Bathroom was small but did the job nicely. Thought it was fantastic that there was a fan in the cupboard as it was a really hot day. The restaurant was lovely, we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but dinner was lovely. Only little complaint was the shower had no pressure and kept jumping from burning to freezing. Would definitely recommend and stay again

A place that I would go back to, so that’s a positive start. The bedrooms are clean and have items such as , ironing board plus iron there. Hairdryer, for those with hair. The only complaint I could have, was the drone of the ac units outside the bedroom window. The meals we had were very good, and I loved the full Scottish breakfast.
