I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

This hotel is very well situated for the old town of Ankara. The check in process was fast and easy. The hotel look modern and well kept. The Room was good and comfortable, unfortunately the location of the hotel is in a busy main street in the centre of Ankara, so the noise from traffic is very loud even in the high floors, the hotel may have rooms that are more quiet, but ours was not one of those. Breakfast was a decent Turkish breakfast, but a coffee latte was extra charge. The service was good in general. Overall the hotel is a good choice, and if you get a quiet room then, is a excellent choice in the centre of Ankara.

El hotel Kahya es uno de los hoteles más sorprendentes que he visto. Es muy acogedor e interesantemente barato, especialmente si usted es de Europa. El personal del hotel hace un gran trabajo y hará lo mejor que pueda si lo necesita. No se puede mencionar que puedes tener comida turca conocida en su restaurante.

Este Radisson es como todos los de la cadena, estándar, da igual si uno se acuesta en Ankara porque, de puertas adentro, todo es lo de siempre: limpio y práctico. En mi caso, la habitación 507 era bastante espaciosa, aunque el baño no; de hecho, la ducha era un poco claustrofóbica. En cualquier caso era una habitación bastante silenciosa (no se pueden abrir apensas las ventanas). Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su localización. Creo que no hay muchos en esta zona de similares características y ubicación muy cerca de la plaza Ulus, es decir, en lo que era el centro antes de la expansión de la ciudad. Desde el hotel se puede ir andando (cuesta arriba) a la ciudadela perfectamente. Al imprescindible Museo de las Civilizaciones de Anatolia, como mucho, se tarda media hora yendo lento. No es un hotel para recordar, salvo por su practicidad a la hora de recorrer el casco viejo de esta ciudad. Llamémoslo 100% FUNCIONAL.

Me quedé tres noches y no podía haber sido más feliz con el confort de la habitación, la limpieza de la cabina y las precauciones que tomaron, y - sobre todo - el servicio del personal. No tenían que hacer nada de esto: ya me había ido del hotel ... pero eran excelentes en ayudarme a salir. La ubicación es buena, por las demás comentarios, pero lo que realmente los hace separados es cómo realmente cuidan a los huéspedes del hotel, tanto en condiciones generales como en hacer la estancia como una cómoda.

Cuando preguntamos dónde se va a atraer nuestro coche, dijeron que tenían parques de automóviles abiertos y cerrados, un aumento muy grande para una zona con problemas de parques, y que nos recibíamos con sangre caliente y pervertidos en nuestra entrada y en nuestras operaciones de check-in. Las habitaciones eran muy limpias y nuevas. Hemos oído que algunos pisos de terraza tenían vistas de la memoria. Pero estaban llenas 😟. La próxima vez ahora. El desayuno era muy fresco y variado. Sólo el restaurante se comprimió un poco. En resumen, es muy conveniente en un hotel de calidad y precios bonitos. Le recomiendo que lo intente. 👍👍👍

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, como en el centro de la ciudad, se puede llegar a cualquier lugar en un momento, estamos un poco cansados por venir por la carretera, en la recepción nos hemos ocupado de todo y hemos llegado a nuestra habitación. El hotel tiene un diseño diferente de los otros hoteles con un estilo clásico. Se siente como en casa. Sus camas y cuchillos estaban muy cómodos. El cuarto y el baño estaban muy limpios. Necesitamos la cocina y se entregó inmediatamente. Nuestro desayuno nos gusta. Muchas varias. No te preocupes, hay agua de naranja. La mayoría de los hoteles reciben dinero extra para eso. Los trabajadores preguntan si tienes otra petición en el restaurante y lo hacen. El personal es muy amable y amable. Creo que encontré un buen hotel para acoger cuando llego a Ankara, solo y en familia.
