El hotel Kahya es uno de los hoteles más sorprendentes que he visto. Es muy acogedor e interesantemente barato, especialmente si usted es de Europa. El personal del hotel hace un gran trabajo y hará lo mejor que pueda si lo necesita. No se puede mencionar que puedes tener comida turca conocida en su restaurante.

Desde que entramos en el hotel, los amigos de la cara y la sangre de la cara nos acompañaron hasta nuestra habitación cuando entramos en el cuarto, más cómodos y limpios que muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas, y para que disfruten mejor de su tiempo de jacuzzi en el cuarto. En general, nos gustaba una excelente actividad cuando volviéramos a Ankara... y sin duda preferiría este lugar y sugeriría a mi entorno.

This hotel is very well situated for the old town of Ankara. The check in process was fast and easy. The hotel look modern and well kept. The Room was good and comfortable, unfortunately the location of the hotel is in a busy main street in the centre of Ankara, so the noise from traffic is very loud even in the high floors, the hotel may have rooms that are more quiet, but ours was not one of those. Breakfast was a decent Turkish breakfast, but a coffee latte was extra charge. The service was good in general. Overall the hotel is a good choice, and if you get a quiet room then, is a excellent choice in the centre of Ankara.

Yo solo estuve una noche pues era un hotel de paso para mi siguiente vuelo desde Ankara y la verdad que fue un acierto. El hotel esta bastante bien. La habitacion que yo pedi fue una doble pero me dieron una con una cama de matrimonio y otra individual por lo que la habitacion era grandecita, estaba muy limpia. El baño es pequeño para ser supuestamente para 3 personas pero esta bien. Tienen parking privado gratis. El personal es muy amable, servicial y atento. Hacen todo para que te sientas comodo. Nos recomendaron un restaurante con comida tipico y fue un acierto pues la comida era buenisima y barata. La zona es muy segura y tranquila. Justo 2 calles por detras hay una calle con varios bares, restaurantes, tiendas. El ambiente es muy bueno. El desayuno es el tipico de Turquia (huevos cocidos, pepino, tomate, fiambre, queso, aceitunas, mermelada y mantequilla y pan). Sin duda volveria.

Tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza hitap eden bir otel. Personel çok ilgili hem gece hem gündüz telefonla her ihtiyacınız karşılanıyor. Ulaşım rahat ve merkezi bir yer. Güleryüzle ve çözümcül yanlarından Dolayı Meltem hanıma çok teşekkür ederim.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas y tiene una ubicación ideal para el hotel. La piscina y el spa y el baño turco no se pueden usar por la pandemia de la cocaína. Si quieres quedarte en Ankara, le sugiero que se quede en la metropolitana con esas atmósferas y personal fantástico.

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.
