I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Estuve por negocios 2 dias en el Occidental Ankara. La ubicación es excelente. Muy buen trato del personal y buena relación calidad-precio. Baños nuevos. La cama, amplia y comoda, inmejorable. Por la noche nos pasamos por el bar, y también muy buen servicio. Por poner alguna pega, al desayuno le faltaba algo de variedad, pero el zumo de naranja recién exprimido lo compensaba con creces.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. En el centro de la ciudad de Ankara, la salida es la calle Mei Food, la ciudad de Liu, no lejos hay estación de autobús, puede viajar a la estación de autobús, también hay 442 en el aeropuerto, también en esta estación. La estación de metro más cercana es la estación de metro central de Ankara, Es conveniente ir a cualquier lugar. El cuarto es un poco pequeño, pero muy limpio y limpio. Aunque el hotel no es grande, también está equipado con un pequeño ascensor, es realmente muy conveniente. Y el personal de servicio es muy amigable todos los días. El desayuno es simple, pero el precio y la ubicación geográfica son muy altos.

Desde que entramos en el hotel, los amigos de la cara y la sangre de la cara nos acompañaron hasta nuestra habitación cuando entramos en el cuarto, más cómodos y limpios que muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas, y para que disfruten mejor de su tiempo de jacuzzi en el cuarto. En general, nos gustaba una excelente actividad cuando volviéramos a Ankara... y sin duda preferiría este lugar y sugeriría a mi entorno.

The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

Me quedé tres noches y no podía haber sido más feliz con el confort de la habitación, la limpieza de la cabina y las precauciones que tomaron, y - sobre todo - el servicio del personal. Y cuando mis tarjetas de crédito estadounidenses no fueron aceptadas, incluso reservaron con una tarjeta de empresa, y añadieron el costo/no sobrecarga a mi habitación. Por último, cuando dejé mi cámara en el camión después de salir del hotel, trabajaron con mi (futuro) líder de viaje para identificar el camión, mantener la cámara para mí, y enviarme el correo a mi camino. No tenían que hacer nada de esto: ya me había ido del hotel ... pero eran excelentes en ayudarme a salir. La ubicación es buena, por las demás comentarios, pero lo que realmente los hace separados es cómo realmente cuidan a los huéspedes del hotel, tanto en condiciones generales como en hacer la estancia como una cómoda.
