I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed the hotel. The onkybthing was the entrance was difficult to find the parking to the hotel.

Overall good property for Disneyland trip. Great location. Only 5 minute walk from hotel to Disneyland entrance. Friendly staff.

It can be loud at times being close the a busy street and Disneyland, but overall it would not deter me from staying here again.

Bed was not the best and pillows ******. Would have been nice to have a bigger fridge in the room being they do not serve breakfast any more. Did not like the fact of having to pay to park being you are paying for the hotel any way.

Awesome stay front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were amazing. Super close walk to Disneyland. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were so helpful from the moment we got there. We went as a group, but all booked separately, they were able to move us around so we were close to each other. Quick walk to Disneyland, close to multiple restaurants and corner stores! Definitely would go again.

Stayed at the Fairfield January 4-8 in three rooms with extended family. The location was close to the gate entrance (about a 8-10 minute walk). The rooms are average size and the bathrooms are small. There was no lotion nor amenities other than the shampoo, body wash and conditioner in large bottles in the shower. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we could easily adjust the heat/ac as needed. The room also had a desk and chair, lots of clothes storage and an arm chair with space for two. We had a room facing Disneyland which was nice, as we could see the park and fireworks. In the parking lot, you will find McDonalds and Panera for quick grab food options. We ordered groceries via Instacart to our room for snacks and breakfast. I would stay here again!

Short walk to Disneyland which is great everything else just average. They offered to clean our room but when we got back at 11pm it wasn’t done & had to go & get clean towels, door was nearly impossible to open overall a bit tired.

La cama extra (Sofa-Cama) en la que durmió mi hija, esta demasiado desgastada, y los resortes hacen que sea una experiencia poco placentera el dormir en ella.

Excellent service - We were greeted immediately upon entering the lobby. They even allowed us to check in early without a fee! Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Amenities included are typical, with the exception of the game room. Proximity to restaurants and Disneyland makes this hotel a perfect location for individuals and families!

Excellent staff! Always were welcoming and saying good morning. Easy walk (about 12 min) to Disneyland. Highly recommend - 5 stars
