Loved our room. Loved the amenities. We felt safe. Didn't mind the street noise. We still slept good. We loved that you didn't charge us for parking on the property. Thank you!

Front desk lady she was rude. She was not nice at all. If you wanna break your back go to sleep in this bed. The bed are broken It’s the worst stay I ever had in my life..

We feel very welcome and friendly staff from Front desk orley, housekeeping arley and f&b in the breakfast nice clean room. No noice in the roadside

The staff was so friendly and tried their hardest to accommodate us. It’s not their fault that this facility is way past its prime. We asked for a quiet room and got the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in, right by the freeway. They did have earplugs on the night stand. I guess that was a sign 😆. We woke up to a flood in the bathroom. Water was pouring out of the ceiling fan and all over the floor. They did move us to a different room and so appolgetic. Still loud but no more leaking water. Everything here seems tired and worn out. It was close to our destination. And the bed was comfortable

The buffet breakfast was reasonable, but not good. The rooms were clean but dated. The air conditioner was a beast and did a great job. The staff working there were all lovely. Also, the swimming pool and spa were excellent.

Was a nice clean hotel close enough to walk to Disney, but also conveniently with ART access so you don't have to.

Nice hotel and great location for Disneyland. Really nice and welcoming staff. Only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to have a few more plugs / plugs near the nightstand. Overall great hotel though
