This hotel was poor value for the 500 euros I paid as a treat for my wife for a four-night stay, with no meals provided in this cost. I booked a junior suite which stated that there was a lounge and bathtub, together with several extras. Bathtub was a standard bath. The lounge area was in a dark area in the middle of the suite with the bedroom next to the windows over what was a noisily street with four cafes below. The TV was in the bedroom not in the lounge, however not any good to us, as it was the first hotel I have been to in Europe where all the channels on TV were in the language of that country. The WI-Fi would only connect to two devices rendering our tablets useless, despite trying to close the link with our phones and trying to connect our tablets. The extras turned out to be a cup and saucer each in the room where we would have to walk 50 metres to get our free coffee or tea and water from machines and no fresh milk. The other extras were not very nice tasting apples, and the free pastries were small pre packaged single muffins and a single prepacked biscuit. We never had the breakfast as we thought the charge of 16 euros each was a bit expensive, especially when you could get a reasonable breakfast just outside the hotel for under half that price. The clothes hangers were not fit for purpose, if two items were hang on them the leather made hook could not take the weight and would fall to the floor. On the plus side the suite was kept clean and the bathroom door that would not close was mended promptly. The hotel is near shops, but about a 20 minute walk away from the Old Town. As mentioned earlier this hotel was not any way near value for money and a poor start to our 16-day holiday in Tenerife. Thankfully the other two hotels we used were much better where we were full board for about 20 euros a night extra for the two of us compared with the price we paid for the Silken.

Ya me había alojado en otra ocasión y tengo que decir que esta vez, la experiencia fue muy positiva. El hotel es céntrico y con encanto. Su personal muy amable. Sin problemas de aparcamiento, tanto en el propio hotel como en el parking público anexo. Desayuno muy bien, incluyendo zumo natural de naranja y diversos tipos de pan, con una atención excelente por parte de su personal. Quizás los defectos que le veo, es que ya está un poco anticuado y las moquetas han quedado obsoletas y lo menos que me gustó, fue la bañera: Demasiado alta e incómoda para entrar y salir. En mi opinión, deberían ser sustituidas por platos de ducha. De resto, muy bien. Volvería a alojarme, sin ninguna duda.

I’ve been in this hotel from the 5th to the 9th of March. I was expecting a good stay but it was actually amazing! Even better than I expected. The position is perfect, the food is great and the staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable (and perfectly clean by the amazing housekeeping team), the friendliness of the staff is unique! A special mention goes to the reception to Adriana, Lidia, Manu, Erin and a few more (sorry I don’t remember all the names :() and Veronica from breakfast was amazing as well!! I forgot the names from the night manager and the gentleman who worked at the bar! But I felt very welcome and at home! I will definitely come back to this hotel in the next holidays! I recommend everyone to stay here! Thank you everyone my holiday was amazing!

Si decides alojarte en Aguere Nest Hostel de San Cristóbal de La Laguna, estarás cerca del aeropuerto y a menos de diez minutos a pie de Oficina de información turística de San Cristóbal de La Laguna y Universidad de La Laguna. Además, este albergue se encuentra a 23,9 km de Playa de las Teresitas y a 1,1 km de Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias.Se ofrece un desayuno continental gratuito todos los días de 08:30 a 10:30.La recepción tiene un horario limitado.Te sentirás como en tu propia casa en cualquiera de las 6 habitaciones. Aprovecha la cocina compartida para preparar tus propias comidas. El cuarto de baño está provisto de ducha y bidés.

El Hotel esta muy limpio. El personal es muy amistoso y útil. Sirven comidas deliciosas, les encantaron las porciones de su desayuno y, como beben café, tienen el más delicioso allí. La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, la playa está a 30 minutos con el transporte público a 5 minutos a pie del hotel. En coche son 10-15 minutos. Un lugar perfecto para dar paseos nocturnos. La zona se siente muy segura por la noche, el centro de la ciudad está muy animado incluso durante los días de semana. La zona es perfecta para personas que viajan solas y parejas o incluso familias.

Busqué hotel céntrico y económico. Este hotelito cumplió con lo que necesité. Localizado en una calle tranquila del centro, gente amable que te atiende bien, estaba relimpio, y su precio era el más bajo de la ciudad. Utilícese para presupuestos económicos. Nada de lujo.

Estuve una noche y todo lo que puedo decir es bueno. Es un 3 estrellas que bien vale las 4. Buen precio, céntrico. No cogí desyuno pero en la puerta hay muchos sitios para desayunar. Las camas muy cómodas. El aire no enfría mucho pero lo justo para estar a gusto en habitación. Está algo escondido entre la tienda de Benetton. Por la relación calidad precio, volvería.

Un gran hotel, el personal muy dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que pueda. El desayuno está muy bien y totalmente recomendable. El restaurante del hotel es muy económico y tiene una gran variedad de comida Las habitaciones son grandes y la cama es enorme. Tienen servicio de habitaciones.

Atención exquisita, situación extraordinaria e instalaciones impecables (el servicio de limpieza no sólo es efdiciente sino muy amable, lo que desde luego no es habitual). Sólo mejoraría las terrazas (desaprovechadas en tanto en cuanto no disponen de servicio de bebidas de forma directa) y quizá el desayuno, que si bien es algo escaso, también es más que sificiente para una estancia en ciudad, como es el caso...En general, y sobre todo por el trato recibido, repetiremos seguro... We needed a room for just one night before flight to Lanzarote from Tenerife Norte Airport. The hotel is perfectly located in the center - good for sightseeing and easily reached from the bus terminal (where we were catching the airport bus). Finding an entrace is bit tricky - from the square you need to follow the directions to the shopping mall and you find the rection there. Room was no frills, bit oldish but enough for our short stay. It was on the 7th floor with small balcony and view to the buildings surrounding the square. It may be noisy on weekend as it's right in the centre of the city. Bed was OK, bathroom was OK although small.
