Valoraciones de Bilderberg Garden Hotel

Muy lejos del centro, no hay agua, la nevera no funciona.

Es un buen hotel y la recepción del turno de noche es un tipo increíble.

Don’t stay there unless you want to sleep in a sauna! My wife and I experienced 2 of the most uncomfortable nights we’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel advertises that it has air conditioning. When we arrived, the thermostat showed 25 degrees Celsius. We immediately set the temperature to 19 degrees for the night. Unfortunately, the temperature did not change and we were unable to fall asleep due to the heat. At around 1 am we called the front desk and asked for help with the thermostat. Someone came up to our room, told us he could do nothing since the rooms are centrally heated, and suggested we open the tiny window. When we opened the window it got even hotter since the heating automatically kicked in. The next day we were completely sleep deprived and asked the front desk to move us to a different room. Instead they put two tiny ventilators into our room which did not help at all. They did promise to look into lowering the central heating temperature for the night. Unfortunately, the next night was just as bad. At around 12 am we finally had enough and decided to move to another hotel. The guy at the front desk then suddenly offered us another room. That room had two large windows that we fully opened. That way the temperature became bearable and we were finally able to sleep for another 5 hours.
 From a 5 star hotel that explicitly states they have air conditioning in the rooms, I really expect to be able to regulate the temperature so that I feel comfortable. A big big disappointment.

All ok but we were not allowed to late check out, it is disappointed for we waited 3hours at the lobby for our Shuttle pickup for our Cruise ship.

Fine room, wouldn’t give it 5* but a very well kept 4* hotel. Very friendly staff too.

早上7點就到酒店，可以先放低行李，玩完一日先check in Book 左executive room, 其實只係有一架專用lift for executive 哦層，無乜特別 出Lift 會有一兜蘋果任拎 executive room 有free snacks bar, 但完全無snacks 得雪櫃兩枝水可免費 總括執房都乾淨，位置就落左tram station 再行大概10分鐘 check in 時額外需付city tax 同service charge 同trip.com 上顯示唔同，向trip.com 反映後能以trip coins refund

不在市區，比較安靜，交通算方便。走路10分鐘有公交。洗浴提供的荷蘭Rituals品牌產品。

設施舊，晚上暖風有點吵。歐洲酒店依舊是沒有牙刷拖鞋，一樓前台可以自費購買。電梯口有免費的蘋果，紅蘋果還可以，青蘋果很酸。用谷歌地圖，附近500米有一個便利店可以解決早餐問題。

시내에서 5키로 정도 떨어져 있으나 박물관 미술관 시설과 가깝고 주변에 부자동네라 조용하고 가까운곳에 큰 공원이 있어서 산책하기 좋습니다 에어콘 시설이 약간 문제가 있긴 하나 매우 좋은 경험을 줄 겁니다
