Hotel estupendo con un ambiente excelente. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones tienen un estilo muy chic, con todas las comodidades imaginables. Más que una habitación de hotel, parece un pequeño apartamento. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

Hotel elegante y bonito con un servicio excelente y cordial. Agradezco el café y la fruta de cortesía que ofrecen a diario. Sin embargo, la iluminación de la habitación es algo tenue.

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, la actitud del servicio es muy buena y el desayuno también es bueno👍

I really enjoyed my stay here! After staying at another place previously, it honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. I really loved the room — the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were especially great: very spacious and nicely designed. I also really enjoyed having a kitchen; the design was lovely and everything was convenient and easy to use. Overall, the room felt very cozy, which was particularly important to me as I was staying for quite a long time. I also really liked the neighborhood. Having a grocery store nearby was very convenient, and there were lots of nice cafés and shops around. I especially enjoyed the canal and the area around it, which was great for running or going for a walk. The lobby was also a highlight — I really liked the design and the overall feel of the space. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. There was also plenty of space in the room for all my things, which made a longer stay much more comfortable. There are just a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, I couldn't really work from the hotel because the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough for work, although the connection on my personal devices was okay-ish. The cleaning was also somewhat inconsistent: sometimes everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, while other times it wasn't done quite as thoroughly. That said, there were definitely more good cleaning days than bad ones! One other small thing is that the dishwasher could use some attention — dishes on the lower shelf often didn't come out completely clean after a cycle. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and would happily stay here again!

First impression was good, front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Room was as big as I expected however it was very dark, poor lighting in the bathroom specially. Hotel was a bit far out from the main city area, however it was close to the airport which was convenient for an early flight. I would recommend if you don't mind the distance from the city area.

I love what they provide in the kitchen. Almost all you need, there are oil, salt, peeper, a set of pots and nonstick pan, well also fridge n oven/microwave. Plus, a supermarket just in the next building.  Perfect location to take tram or bus to the city center, waiting time always less than 5 mins.

Perfect place for stay, very clean and wonderful people.
