Ubicación: Zona próxima a centros comerciales y de los mejores hoteles de la ciudad. En todo caso, el taxi se hace necesario para desplazamientos por la misma. Personal Recepción y cafetería : Efectivos, amables y profesionales. Excepto en el Restaurante Nur. Espacios comunes: Elegante, simple y sofisticado. Espacios diáfanos, llenos de luz, flores y cristal. Moqueta en los pasillos que amortiguan el ruido. Habitación: Solicitamos planta alta y silenciosa. Dicho y hecho, piso 13 con unas estupendas vistas sobre la ciudad. Muy amplia con zona de dormitorio, lectura y trabajo. Todo en su decoración, así como textiles son exquisitos. Cortinas que cumplen perfectamente su función, impidiendo por completo la entrada de luz. Iluminación acorde con cada espacio y necesidad. Espacio vestidor. Descanso perfecto en su cómoda, enorme y bien vestida cama. Reposición diaria de agua de cortesía. Aún siendo un hotel de esta categoría, recomendable no beber agua del grifo. Cuarto baño. Muy espacioso y cómodo. Bañera (jacuzzi), ducha separada etc. Por supuesto, albornoz y zapatillas. Desayuno: Apertura 06:30. Mucha fruta fresca así como zumos. Mucha calidad y variedad en bollería, platos salados, dulces típicos, yogur, etc. Lugar muy agradable, lástima que no sea exterior. El café es flojo, mejor pedirlo de máquina. Salón de cristal: Decoración y ambiente exquisito. Ambientación musical bajo la interpretación de un pianista. Estupendo para tomar un té con unos deliciosos y preciosos dulces, un aperitivo antes de comer o una copa después de cenar. Restaurante Nur: Mismo que se utiliza para desayunos. Al tener reserva en régimen de MP, este es el utilizado para cenas. Ha sido lo más sorprendente de nuestra estancia. Camareros despistados, con un complicado inglés que dificulta la comunicación. Menú cerrado con primeros (no se eligen, son unos 4/5 platos distintos), a elegir entre dos segundos y dos postres. Lo raro es que de tres noches seguidas, se repitió el menú. De vez en cuando pasaba el maitre, deseaba “buen apetito” y nada más. Resulta curioso que en un hotel de esta categoría no haya manteles. Lo más decepcionante de toda la estancia. Hotel muy recomendable.

Es un buen hotel, con buen servicio, parking privado y habitaciones muy decentes. El desayuno está muy bien y completo. Por otro lado, está lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero eso le da la tranquilidad de un buen descanso. Nosotros teníamos un coche alquilado, así que pudimos bajar al centro cuando quisimos sin problemas. Por otro lado, se puede ir al centro en taxi o en Uber, así que repetiríamos. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que en las habitaciones hay almohadas muy muy gordas, y en el armario hay unas mas normales. Sinó las hay, las podéis pedir.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds, every day two bottles of water for free. Although the dining room seems small it is lovely with TV where you where you can watch current news. For dinner they serve two main meals only but very tasty. The speciality are theirs mixed vegetable salads. Around the hotel are the shops and restaurants. Who want to save money for gifts thus he / she can go to big hypermarket Carrefour which i about 1200 m far from hotel. For example 1 kg of dates (first class) costs 2,99 JD.

Puede acomodar una cama supletoria pero paga 45 JD por noche. Hay un problema con la tubería de drenaje en el baño. Después de la ducha, el baño está lleno de agua. El desayuno debe tomarse lo antes posible. Si hay muchas personas que están dispuestas a comer en el piso 42, no habrá cosas buenas para comer ... El desayuno en el piso 6 es bueno, muy delicioso. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, el hotel en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (con sede en Dubai) es un servicio más valorado. En comparación con el hotel Rotana de 5 estrellas de Israel, el precio es muy alto. ¡También es muy conveniente llamar a Uber desde afuera! No es caro ir al teatro romano y al Museo de Amman 2 JD. Para Jerash, Uber es aproximadamente 15 JD, y para el Mar Muerto, 20 JD. El centro comercial Abudali en el borde es el centro comercial más grande y nuevo de Ammán. Hay bastantes supermercados y restaurantes. Es bastante conveniente caminar y el precio está bien. En definitiva, si te gusta vivir cómodamente, no está mal elegir Rotana.
