Llamé y reservaré en los medios sociales, recibieron muy caliente desde la primera llamada, la habitación era amplia y muy limpia, y fue como una mesa de desayuno según las reglas de la pandemia de desayuno. Era delicioso y nutritivo. (Indique cómo desean sus huevos). He encontrado un éxito en la gestión familiar. La habitación era con vistas al río. Existe internet y estacionamiento gratuito. El alojamiento también es adecuado para lugares equivalentes. Un lugar donde volveré a vivir en Amasía sin buscar otro lugar.

Vecchia dimora nel centro cittadino ristrutturata come albergo , che conserva il fascino della casa antica con un bel cortile interno dove si mangia. Tre (mezzi) piani con le camere, ovviamente senza ascensore, di buon livello , anche se il bagno era decisamente piccolo e il lavandino, pur originale (fatto di pietra con rubinetteria ottone) , poco funzionale (non siamo riusciti a far uscire l'acqua fredda). Wifi sufficiente e personale gentile (sempre solito problema di mancata conoscenza inglese) , con colazione, però, da migliorare.

La habitación está en la esquina, donde se ofrece una hermosa vista al Castillo de Amasya, a los tumbas de la Roca del Rey, a las casas de Yaliboyu y a la calle de la atracción. El hotel dispone de un restaurante que tiene unas opciones vegetarianas (aunque limitadas) que incluyen mezzas. Hotel limpio con marcado distancia social más el desinfectante en varios lugares.

We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.

The hotel is excellent, the room is very spacious with a great view over Tokat . Very friendly, good service and the lady Hacer who cleans the room is absolutely fantastic, she does an amazing job and so happy at the same time
