We really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, beds were comfortable, all staff that we came in contact with were all very nice. Breakfast was just ok. If I'm ever in Amarillo again I will be staying here.

Stay was good but TV fail to work. New switcher was provided. Nice hotel, but you really need to invest in some new pillows. Small improvements can make a difference.

Nice recently built hotel. However, construction workmanship was not the best... loose tiles in the bathroom, improperly installed bathroom barn door. Other than that it met our expectations for a short one night stop on our way back to Austin.

Always stay in Amarillo overnight on the way to Taos. Felt the comfort and cleanliness was certainly better here than the other places we’ve stayed. Frontdesk was very friendly even checking in near 11Pm.

the rooms are really clean I stay there about 5 times a year. the only dissapointing issue I have all the time. after traveling for miles and when you go to check in just one time I would like to have a smiling face. there is 2 ladies that work there on saturdays oh my goodness they are so rude don't smile. not even welcome to best western do have a reservation yes I do what is your name I need ID and a credit card. but the rooms are clean
