홀리데이를 믿고 예약하다 보니 이번 홀리데이 숙소도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 친구들과 함께 묶어도 좁지 않고 편안하게 지내다 출발하였습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 만족합니다

There are many HI in the Amarillo area on I-40. This one is a five-minute walk to Big Tex Restaurant. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I will return. Besides providing breakfast (they need to have cinnamon rolls like other places), there is a restaurant serving large portions of salads and sandwiches. The room was comfortable and quiet, even though it was towards the interstate. Good wifi and bathroom too.

We were passing through Amarillo and new we where having dinner at The Big Texan we looked for a girl that was close by the restaurant. We were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is super clean. Our room was ginormous!!!! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was nice they had a full bar and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again passing through.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Free breakfast was good. Although this was a nice hotel, I wouldn't stay here again. There were 5 cars in the parking lot broken into during the evening, lucky one wasn't ours.

Great experience ,quick check in, even though there had been flooding that day..My granddaughter loved the pool,and hot tub.very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location.

My family and I stayed here twice in the past week. once by chance, stopping very late at night after the end of a long travel day. The night time desk clerk was friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfprtable. The next morning we at their very good breakfast buffet, and our four year old had some time to use the beautiful indoor pool. Though exhausted we were delighted by our stay and mad certain to stop back there again on the return trip. It did not disappoint. Once again the room was comfortable and very clean, and even though we arrived very near the end of the breakfast buffet, they were very friendly and did not hesitate to bring out new, fresh items, and replenish the waffle batter (have to take advantage of that waffle iron for the fresh waffle). My wife had a very nice conversation with the food service manager who was incredibly friendly. Every person I encountered there in both stays was friendly and helpful. Any time future travel or business brings me or the family to Amarillo I will certainly stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Room was a good size and comfortable. Good size bathroom and water pressure in the shower. Good amenities and 24hr front desk.

The hotel is clean an comfortable As I have found most IHG hotels. Our room was at the end of the hotel, near an exit door on the 2nd floor, which meant an intermittent loud slam at all hours. Not sure why this can't be prevented with a door mechanism. As an IHG platinum member and after staying in 5 different IHG hotels in the past 12 days, the greeting at this hotel was much different than the others. Two of the three people at the front counter weren't very professional, one in a black T-shirt and beanie, and the other in a flannel shirt. The other checked me in but wasn't very welcoming as I've seen at other IHGs. If traveling through Amarillo, this is still a good option on the east side of town, making it easy to journey east in the morning. It is also near at least 4 large travel stops and other restaurants, including the Big Texan.
