El hotel, sea geográficamente o en relación con el precio, es en realidad muy general, es un poco mejor decorar la superficie del hotel. La pequeña habitación individual debe estar rápidamente 400RMB toda la noche, no es tan fácil como la casa que vivi el tercer día cerca de Port susa, el transporte es conveniente, la habitación es amplia, y es importante 300RMB

Este hotel tiene una buena ubicación a unas 8 cuadras del centro histórico, por lo que puedes ir caminando. Cuenta con estacionamiento, por 19 euros por día. La habitación para nuestro grupo familiar de cuatro fue cómoda, lo único que muy fría, por más que llamamos para subir la temperatura, nos dijeron que estaba al máximo.... y no era tan agradable. Cuenta con frigobar y cafetera de cortesía. El desayuno fue correcto para nuestra estadía. El personal de recepción y del desayuno muy amable.

Nos alojamos 4 noches en este hotel en mayo de 2022. Pagamos un precio bastante alto durante esos períodos, posiblemente debido a muchos conciertos/partidos y el hecho de que no había muchos hoteles disponibles en esas fechas nos hizo elegir este. La temperatura estuvo entre 26 y 30 grados centígrados durante nuestra estadía. Así que la habitación estaba muy caliente. No hay ventilador, tenemos que abrir la ventana durante todo el día para que entre aire fresco. Sin embargo, por la noche había tanto ruido al otro lado de la calle, la gente gritaba, el tráfico, los ruidos de los autos zumbando realmente perturbaban mi calidad de sueño. El wifi en la habitación también era muy débil y siempre tuve problemas para acceder al wifi desde mi computadora portátil (a veces necesito estar en línea para revisar mis correos electrónicos / reuniones de trabajo). La habitación también era un poco vieja, el interior está un poco polvoriento y el mantenimiento se puede hacer mucho mejor para mejorar la calidad de la estadía de los huéspedes. Vine a Turín para ver un concierto y esperaba unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas. Si hubiera sabido la situación antes, no reservaría este hotel y elegiría bastante tranquilo, un poco fuera de la ciudad que nos permita descansar después de un largo día explorando Turín. Una cosa que fue buena es que el trabajador de recepción es muy educado e hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos con la información.

We arrived quite late at night at this hotel after our flight to Gatwick was cancelled due to bad weather in the UK. British Airways passed us onto the Value Lounge at Torino Airport for them to find us accommodation for two nights until our flight home. On arrival the reception staff told us we were only booked in for one night. This may have been the fault of Value Lounge but even so it was unnerving and the manner in which the Rivoli Hotel staff told us this wasn't good. Our rooms were basic. No tea/coffee making facilities and our EU adaptors didn't fit any of the sockets, but the hotel did lend me an adaptor to charge my phone. My bed was smelly - although the pillow cases and sheet were clean I could smell the pillow and mattress beneath them. The 26C temperature of the room probably didn't help subdue the stale smell of the bed. Shower area could have been cleaner, particularly at the bottom of the shower door. Shampoo, soap and body cream available but no shower gel. The hairdryer was fixed to the wall, like one of those that you used to find in swimming pool changing rooms. First night was noisy, tiled floors means the sound of people walking isn't muffled, and I could hear people talking in neighbouring rooms. Breakfast area is very nice and there was a decent selection of foods on offer. Staff in the breakfast area were also smiley and helpful. The low point came when we went to dinner in the hotel restaurant, known as the Bellarium Restaurant (not the same place as where breakfast is served). It probably didn't help that staff in the Bellarium Restaurant didn't speak much or any English so communication was minimum. However, having sat down we were presented with luke warm, over-cooked food. Meat-eaters had pasta with some sort of meat for starter followed by a beef burger (no bun, just the burger) with a pile of carrots. Vegetarians had some fort of indistinguishable pasta for first course and what was probably a side of griddled vegetables for second course. Mine was burnt to a crisp All the food seemed to have been cooked well in advanc e(we arrived at 7.30 as arranged) and must have stood for some considerable time before being served. Basically, we were spoken to as if we were dogs - no exaggeration - and fed scraps. When one of the group asked about dessert the staff member (not our waitress, this was possibly the person in charge of the restaurant) made a gesture with her hands to signal no dessert. Someone asked about coffee and she snapped that we could have coffee if we paid. Basically Brtish Airways had given them a budget and they were sticking to it, which was fair enough, but there was no communication of what was going on - we were just plonked around a table and had dishes of food pushed at us with no explanation. If we had been told - either in the restaurant or at the time when we reserved a table - that we could either take advantage of BA's 'free meal' or have the option of seeing the menu and paying for a meal i

El hotel no está en el centro pero está muy bien comunicado en metro, lo coges en la puerta y en 5 paradas estas en el centro. Habitaciones enormes, limpias y la cama muy cómoda, lo único que nos llamó la atención es que no hubiese ningún canal de TV en castellano, todo y trat**** de una cadena hotelera española, es extraño dado que gran parte del público objetivo es español. Fuimos con nuestro coche y lo puedes dejar en la puerta sin problema, suelo ser muy maniático para el coche y está de maravilla sin coste adicional de parking, si vas en coche este hotel es una opción muy interesante.

This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

He estado solo una noche con mi familia después de un día en el zoológico zoológico. El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado en una zona tranquila y cómoda de estacionamiento frente a la estructura. Recepcionista muy educado y sonriente que nos explica dónde ir a comer en los alrededores. La habitación(era una cuadrícula)muy espaciosa y limpia, aire acondicionado funcional y poco ruidoso, la habitación también estaba equipada con balcón, el baño muy grande, aprovado y limpio de manera impeccable. Desayuno abundante y variada, muy dulce y muy salado. En general, el hotel me ha satisfecho plenamente y si debo volver a la zona, seguro volvería aquí. Gracias

I stayed at the J Hotel for 12 nights on business. I was particularly impressed by all the staff, they were excellent. A particular shout-out to reception staff, house keeping & Lorenzo at breakfast! A comfortable, well maintained, clean hotel with a good restaurant and breakfast choices.
