We had originally booked an Air BnB - only to discover that it was not ready for guests (lacking sheets and blankets) - so after 1 miserable night were SO fortunate to find 3 connected rooms here. Casper and Pia are incredible hosts, and the hotel exudes charm, history, and cool vibes. We loved the serenity of our views & being away from TVs and the modern world. No Cocktail Bar, No In Room TVs, and no room service…just peace, serenity and community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ICONIC EXPERIENCE!!!

The location and interior is quite nice. The waiters are young students with caps and that did very well. However the food was average and are served without any vegetables, potatoes or like. If you would like some sides you have to order it separately. But extremely expensive e.g. a small portion of fries 75,- dkr.

Ate dinner, group of 8. Really great food. Extremely small portions... We left hungry. One small piece of cod filet was meant to be shared as the main course for all of us. Staff was friendly, but for the most part clueless. One guy knew a lot about the wine and had good recommendations... But no one else seemed knowledgeable about anything.
