The room is not very good, the service n food is good, we enjoy the excellent music, we book premium rooms full time ac. But ac work 4:30 start. Dining area to hot they have 4 ac but start 2 ac, too much hot. But all service good

I had a terrible experience at this houseboat, in terms of the cleanliness and the food. Not just the taste of the food was bad, there were also safety concerns. The breads had fungus and the staff did not seem to care enough to change the breads. The boat had cob webs and the bed was not properly cleaned. There were many other issues with the stay as well. The only saving grace was the beautiful backwaters.

The weather is not good it was very hot and for some time electricity was also not there

Room was not properly cleaned. Bugs was there and torn blanket were given. We had to wait for 2. 5 hours at one place for one person. We couldn't able to take pictures in evening, sunset we missed. For one night at price equivalent to 5 star hotel it was not worth it. We booked honeymoon suit and seen reviews before booking. It was waste experience. In place of houseboat we could have stayed in 5 star hotel.

It was a decent stay with good amenities like good ac if you opt for ac room and supportive staff. Food quality could have been better. There were smell in the bathroom. There was live music at night. Overall a fair experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the houseboat and was a great experience staying in with such a nice and co-operative staffs. The captain was cool and mr. Laxman a nice character. Not to forget the entertainment part in the evening. A great singer. Also, to mention the food we had was great, yummy and tasty. Would like to recommend this place to everyone for a pleasant stay. Great. Cheers.
