Estuve dos días y no tuve inconvenientes. Los minibuses van con frecuencia al centro antiguo de la ciudad, así que los usé a menudo. Los empleados son amables en todas partes, así que no siento la necesidad de mencionarlo.

Good location friendly people bed sheets were not very comfy lots of shampoos put I found some of them were half way means they were used and put them their I removed it put it aside next day was on back on the try didn’t feel comfortable to use very small towels and thin worn out 🙂

We were travelling in a group and were looking to book multiple rooms and this hotel came up as a good option. Here is, what I hope, is my balanced review: PROS: - Check-in was quick and easy, which was appreciated. - Breakfast was basic but adequate. The breakfast area has a balcony running around it with tables, and it was nice to be able to soak up some sun over breakfast in the morning. - There is a supermarket just around the corner if you need to pick up any incidentals. CONS: - The room wasn't big enough to swing a cat and was a bit like a prison cell. To be fair, it was an 'economy single' room and, presumably, standard rooms are more spacious. In any case, I could just about manage the room size since it was only for one night. More than one night and I would've likely lost my mind. - Housekeeping leaves much to be desired. Not only did I find the previous guest's used towel hanging in the bathroom, but I also found a cigarette butt floating in the toilet. These are in no way acceptable, except perhaps in a youth hostel. - The Old City is not walkable from the hotel, so if you don't have a car then you'll need to take taxis to and from. Beware of taxi drivers who charge whatever they want after midnight. On balance, the hotel isn't a complete disaster but, because of the room size and housekeeping issues, I am not sure I can recommend it.

Good clean and friendly hotel. It's in the new town, not Eski Mardin where most of us tourists go though

It deserves the high rating due to high standards including service, helping staff, really clean and convenient. High speed Wi-Fi, free covered car park, nice and clean rooms and delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurant. The location is good also a quiet place.

Location is perfect it is in the city center and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, malls and banks. Public transport very close. Rooms are a little small but decorated in oriental style which looks fine. Breakfast enough, staff helpfull

Eski bir bina otele dönüştürülmüş girişi çok kötü pasaja girer gibi otele giriyorsunuz oda çok küçük yataklar yumuşak ve konfor yok 5 yıldızlı otelin kahvaltı büfesi nerdeyse sıfır bir melemen istedik onada ücret istediler ekmek büfesinde bakkaldan alınmış ekmek var sadece ne bir simit ne bir kek ne bir poğaça sadece somun ekmek oda sanki bakkaldan alınmış üç beş paket ürün var başka hiçbir şey yok
