It’s too expensive for what it is. The pool is really tiny, and the small restaurant is very expensive. I couldn’t sleep because of the bar downstairs, which is open almost all night.

Great location. Walking distance to supermarket and eateries. Basic room good for 1-2 days stay.

The room is not clean enough, especially the bathroom. May be too old. Outside the room there's always people wandering around, seemed not safe.

Love the location .. centre to shops n eateries .. except the hotel don’t hv a lift so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs.. rooms are simple no frills

The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests. for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.

It will be good if they provide room service even if I was staying 3 days 2 night. Overall great location and spacious room. Clean and tidy too.

Good location. It's just noisy during the night; we can hear people on the street screaming. More security is needed to prevent non-customers from entering the property.

Room is clean and the location is perfect as it’s right at the CBD. However, the security screen door has no lock ( I was on upper floor) which means it’s useless.

The room was dirty, there were stains and what looked like a cigarette burn on the carpet, the curtains were mismatched and dragging on the floor, bathroom had cobwebs in the corners, shower head clogged and clearly had been for a long time. Staff smoking outside my room while tidying up. Centrally located in Alice Springs which was helpful. Restaurant and cafe were nice. Unfortunately this was a generally unpleasant stay and I would be reluctant to stay again.
