This 350 year old countryhouse is situated in the North of Mallorca, only within 6 kilometres to Pollensa and 4 kilometres to Alcúdia. Located on a hill in between pure nature with breathtaking views over Mallorcas mountains and the bay of Pollensa.
The majority of the 750.000 m2 plot is still used for farming, in the fairytale surrounding you can find grazing sheeps, almond and fig trees.
The countryhouse is completely renovated and was adapted to modern standards, without loosing its traditional charm.
The historic and spacious finca fits up to 12 persons, the perfect place for families with children or a big group of friends.
Outdoors you can find a big terrace with lots of sitting accomodations as well as a outdoor kitchen with a long table, ideal for nice dinners outside. Right next door, there is a gorgeous lounge room with a beautiful fireplace and breathtaking views over the wonderful coastal lowland of Mallorca.
Furthermore, the exterior of the finca, offers a big and gorgeous swimming pool, behind the house, with sufficient sunbeds, to enjoy the sun and to relax.
In the inside of the traditional countryhouse, you can find a cozy living and dining room with an open fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, two refrigerators, dishwasher), two double bedrooms with bath and a play room with pool billiard and table tennis.
A historic staircase leads up to the first floor with its four double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold airconditioning. During their stay, all the guests have free access to Wifi.
