"It wasn't the room I booked it for and never was brought clean towels and when I tried talking to the employees about the wrong room and and clean towels nothing was even tried to be made right my anniversary group was completely destroyed and ruined because of this place it broke my heart broke my husband's heart and we are so disappointed I highly suggest that you check out another place before you come here and I highly suggest that you understand to even the employees here are rude and they have no customer service skills nor do they even want to try another place book another place don't try to get that Jacuzzi room cuz it's a lie it's all a lie and I am so so sad my anniversary was freaking ruined! 😭😞😭😞😭😞😭😞"

"2 stays ago had to wait in the lobby for an hour after check in(3p) since the room wasn’t cleaned yet. This time, wasn’t allowed to switch rooms since I booked online. It was Sunday afternoon and there was hardly a guest in the whole damn place. The breakfast was dismal,, and the hot tub wasn’t working—again!  I realize the online rate was $60/nite and we live in a get-what-you-pay-for culture, but come on. This is AmericInn, not Motel 6. So next time if I have to pay more, I’ll pay more…somewhere else."
