Treebo Tryst Vahada

Vahada by Vellappally hospitality chain is conveniently located by the NH 66 very close to Vandanam medical college. We stayed there for over 3 weeks and have mostly good experiences being there.The property is clean ,beautiful and safe even for solo lady travellers and students as per our experience. The hotel is in its nascent stages and hence menu is very much limited.Hope they'll expand it in days to come and include items other than kallappam and dosa in breakfast. Also,Alappuzha is famous for its seafood and hence normal Kerala meals and seafood delicacies could be added in future. As the staff is new,they are sometimes stringent and fussy over trivial matters.However they've been warm and courteous and to draw the line of demarcation between policies and guest relations can be tricky and de***ds diplomatic expertise.Also,minor matters like not to frequently ring up guests for trivial matters,not to be giggling with lady customers around(came from the junior boys once,having said that they were polite and efficient otherwise )could be stressed upon as a part of training.This is expected to be fine very soon.The rooms were spacious with standard mattresses and teakwood furniture in colonial style.They were clean and well maintained. Mr Faizi and Mr Justin were professional, hardworking and sincere.The gentle *** who washed the car and the security deserve special mention.Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend Vahada for families in particular.
