We have stayed at this lovely hotel before and after several cancellations due to covid we were looking forward to coming back. The staff are lovely and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are clean and well presented and fresh towels daily. The pool area is a lovely and quiet place to relax in the day and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. It was lovely to be greeted by Rocky as we walked in, he is a firm favourite with all the guests. It's a shame the breakfast has changed as they used to do a buffet style breakfast where you could choose what you had whereas now it is given to you at the table. We will be returning again however as the friendliness of everyone there is amazing and Oba is a great little town. Our happy place 😊

En el centro de 9 días. Excelente ubicación. Las vistas al mar y las montañas son atractivas y todo está justo en la puerta. El personal está guapo, especialmente la limpieza de la dama, el desayuno personal y la recepción nocturna. El desayuno es el mejor desayuno que he tenido. Me hace reír cuando los evaluadores se quejan de que es todo el estilo turco alimentos...newsflash que estamos en Turquía. La elección y el sabor son excelentes. El hotel es un hotel tranquilo y limpio con camas muy cómodas, agua caliente, toallas y té y café. Ok hay un poco de ruido en la noche desde los restaurantes del puerto, pero sabía que estaba reservando un hotel central y trayendo oídos, pero nunca fue un problema. Alanya es una ciudad muy fría, interesante con playas gloriosas, vistas a las montañas, historia, caminar y muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

Es un hotel muy agradable y tranquilo. El personal es muy caliente y divertido. Es más ventajoso para sus posibilidades de encontrar hoteles de la misma valor. Un hotel que difunde energía positiva en el aura. Recomiendo. Muchas gracias al operador y al personal 🙏

Hotel rooms: good space, well appointed, lots of hanging storage space (not many hangars), only x2 small drawers and no iron in room. Tea and coffee available but kettle leaked (had x2 both leaked). No milk available. Small fridge frequently refilled with water. Nice beds (but pull out bed had very poor mattress, wouldn’t advise use for more than a night). Bedding and towels ok, rooms cleaned well and linen changed regularly. Bathroom ok, has hairdryer, and shower gel. Other accessories such as cotton buds and shower caps in wardrobe. Large mirror in bathroom and mirrored robes. No magnifying mirror which might have been helpful. Bathroom bin pedal didn’t work: inconvenient. Very small balcony with plastic chairs. Clothes drying provided by only x4 pronged struts (not enough). Good air con (AC), lots of sockets, TV was ok and nice lighting. Safe in room. Location: a bit far from centre. Taxi is 3-500 Lira to the centre. Or take a very long (approx 5 mile) walk stopping at bars etc along the way (takes about 2 hrs without stops or 3-4 with a few drinks and a lunch on the way). Views from hotel not great unless you have premium rooms looking out to sea… can be noisy with roads. Beach:2 mins across the road with shuttle, only 5 to walk. Beach gravelly and pebbly, small wooden walkway and pier there, can access water from that or from beach. Nice beach beds but poor mattresses. Good towel exchange for beach if needed. Nice bar and snacks at beach. Pool: main pool lots of space and good beds etc. good bar service at pool. Music loud/ noisy though. Quiet pool has nice beds, but they are frequently covered in towels early morning so not always available. Food: Breakfast range excellent. Fruit always available. A good range of food at main means , salads are excellent and very fresh. Hot food a little on the cool ode (temperature control not good). Generally nice though and always had meat, fish and bbq options. Options through night and all day available (including cake bar). Drinks: Coffee is great. Alcohol not branded options (although bottles look to be). Wine is not good, avoid). Cocktails ok once you’ve had a few. Spa/gym: looked well equipped and accessible. Treatments seemed expensive compared to other hotels and in the centre (I didn’t use the services but those who did reported it to be positive). Hotel shop: limited options and expensive by comparison. Local small supermarket has all toiletries etc at very cheap prices (2 mins walk down the road). Staff: Some great some not so great (same as anywhere else). Cleaning/ housekeeping staff VERY good. Reception staff could be a little abrupt. Bar staff ok, restaurant staff seemed very busy but also keen to help. Entertainment: Not much on offer. 2 staff offering range of music between 21:30-23:30 (mainly ABBA and some modern pop and rap. Saw a good live dancing show 1 evening. Had a live singer another. Some karaoke also on. Better options for entertainment can be found along bars on way

Es muy fácil de confundir con los hoteles de Alanya cerca de la playa de Cleopatra porque el 90% de los hoteles tienen la palabra ”Cleopatra” en ellos. En general, una experiencia decente con este hotel. Situación increíble, a 5-minute paseo de todo, El hotel está oculto en la carretera principal, lejos del ruido. No se puede golpear la ubicación, es literalmente cerca de todo. La habitación misma era espaciosa y limpia. Buena conexión Wi-Fi y un buen balcón grande. El ascensor es muy pequeño, una persona apenas puede acomodarlo! ¡Traigan sus bolsillos solo! El servicio estaba bien - sin embargo, no proporcionaron refrescos ni té/cafe en la habitación (sólo una botella de agua el primer día). La temperatura del duche fue controlada - no se calientó muy bien el primer día - sin embargo después de una reclamación se fijó. El hotel está situado en el corazón de Alanya, a poca distancia de la playa/castel/gondola.

The hotel is lovely in itself but a massive shame about the staff… they are all rude and don’t even acknowledge you, they take food and drinks before you are done and please dont ever expect to get bottled water! (You can only get this from the restaurant bar which has a wicked queue). We literally had to beg to get a bottle of water from the bar for my babies bottle so we could feed him, the only water available is from a water machine at the side of the bar that tasted metallic and they only give you cups the size of a shot glass :) Not to mention you get there and they place you in a random room only to say you either need to pay an extra £380 to stay in that room or move the next day in the afternoon so you can’t relax. They also don’t really clean the rooms when you are in them.. I think they came in and moved the quilts in our room and that’s it, there was still formula we had dropped on the side from the morning. You are also not allowed to use the towels for the pool so please don’t attempt it they will go mad! BRING YOUR OWN. It wasn’t all bad the food was lovely and always had a really nice variety also there is a beach right outside (but it’s €9 a sunbed) you can just sit on the beach with a towel though. There are plenty of shops and restaurants immediately around the hotel so it terms of location it’s spot on.

Buraya daha once de geldik. Bu defa otel yenilemiş , personeli de yeni. Otel rahat konforlu❤ odalar eski. Yemekler güzel çeşit yeterli. Temizlik on numara. Snack yiyecekleri güzel. Personel ilgili ve guler yüzlü. Herkese teşekkürler.

El hotel es bastante decente. La habitación es hermosa, con balcón, nevera pequeña, armario, 2 sillones y una mesa pequeña. La cama tiene un buen colchón, pero las almohadas son difíciles para mí personalmente. El personal de la recepción es muy amable.

Super rooftop pool and deck area. Great superking double bed. Clean beach and pool towels available for free everyday. Buffet breakfast with Turkish theme, no full English here but perfectly fine for our taste. Staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday with bed linen change every other day. Aircon fast and efficient. Konakli is about 10kms from Alanya. We hired a car, hotel transport, taxis, excursion buses available but we prefer independence of our own transport. Very happy to recommend hotel.
